Braids were nice and neat. The price was almost double but I was tired and needed a stylist so I just paid. Not returning. They adjust the price based on how they feel and two people on one head shouldn’t take 7 hours. One girl didn’t even knew what she was doing and couldn’t even wash hair. Her fingers wasn’t even scratching my scalp. I was in there so long and couldn’t wait to leave.
Today was my first time going to this salon. Beatrice is so sweet and very talented. She did an awesome job on my box braids. I found her on google, scheduled an early appointment and I was in and out in no time. I will definitely be back in a couple of months.

Beatrice is extremely skilled. The ladies she has working there are extremely skilled. High quality work. They are also very friendly and do not shy away from good conversation.
THE PROBLEM is the environment is very unprofessional and inefficient.
1. Do not hand clients a comb or ask them to take anything down before naming your price.
----- If a client is coming to you with a prior installation, name your price for the services. Tell them how much it would be for taking down the old style, the wash and conditioning, and the installation of new style .
2. This is a salon, not a daycare.
----- There are children ahere and they are beautiful. But it makes me angry and disgusted to see other clients sitting there for very long periods of time while you make them wait as you tend the children. People are paying money they worked had from. They are often taking time away from work, study, and their own children so they can patronize the establishment. People are not just paying for a style, but a good experience in an efficient time frame. If you must bring the children bring some one old enough to watch them. The client shouldn't have to wait in you while you are being paid to wait on them. It's unfair.
I've called several times and no one has called me back. I understand being busy;however, it would be helpful to post pricing/services so potential customers will know exactly what you're offering and the cost. Also, it helps to know if you accept walk-ins or prefer appointments.
They did a great job on my hair and the price was reasonable. I will be back.
I called Beatrice yesterday and inquired about getting braids.. she said she would call me back.. I didn't think she would, but she did :)
She got me on early this morning!! She has gentle hands (my head doesnt hurt at all), gentle/kind spirit, great work, and good prices!!! I hadn't been to Beatrice in years, but I will for sure be booking with her for my braiding needs !!!!
Called to see if she had any availability for a walk in, she did. Didn’t have to wait long for my hair to be started after I arrived. The box braids can out soo neat! I love them. Will definitely become a regular ????
