First and last visit. I never give a bad review but today is different. I spent $60 and had to go to Pell City to have my nails redone. Lesson learned
If I could give this place -5 stars I would. It was awful. First, while picking my color an employee just stands over me and watches me while I try to choose. Whatever, I picked something quick. I got a pedicure. The man doing my pedicure used a sponge to scrub my feet with a used sponge. He then kneels down, washes it off in the water my feet have been soaking in, and puts it back in his little caddy. I watched him use it on 2 other people!!!! The man who did my gel polish on my hands was on his phone the entire time. My nails are sloppy & I got no cuticle oil. Charged $65 and I hate the color (they wouldn’t stop painting my toes even when I said to stop because I don’t like the color) and my toes are messed up. DO NOT GO HERE. Seriously so disgusting.
This was my first visit to this nail shop it was a mother-daughter day with my 72-year-old mother who is handicapped. Upon arrival we asked for a pedicure and a polish change they set my 72-year-old mother in a chair without any assistance from them in the pedicure chair with no water in the bowl for about 30 to 45 minutes then finally she turned the water on and it was hot burnt my mom's feet as the water was filling up the bowl she rushed through the pedicure did not give a thorough pedicure she did not talk to us did not acknowledge us she's went about just doing her job and it was half of the service so just for a pedicure and my mom's nails polished her natural nails it cost $65 way overpriced with horrible service. I asked for my nails just to be cut down and polished I had just got my nails done last week somewhere else well he started doing a fill in automatically like what are you doing I just asked for a Polish he pretended that he didn't know that so of course I went ahead with the fill in that I did not need so just for a cut down a fill in and my mother's service I was charged $105 this place is 100% highway robbery. They're overpriced they give you a horrible service they're not doing a thorough job but charging you double or what you're supposed to pay. Buyers beware.
Was done a little quick. I feel becuase the Olympics were on. Its not even 24 hours later and my polish that lookee gloopy yesterday is now peeling off. I can't waste my money and take them off so I'll have ro remove thw color and refile. I'd reccomend at leqst waiting till Olympics is over to go i guess.
This place is by far one of the best nail places I've had the pleasure of going to.wait time wasn't long walk in and appointments welcome of course you must have a mask to enter and the older gentlemen that did my nails was the absolute best and the best part of all this is it's not far from job it's litterly right up the street so I recommend all women to try them you will not regret it I promise you.oh and their prices are reasonable and definitely affordable so hurry up and go to beauty nails to have your nails on fleet!

They only cater very nicely to white people, no very friendly to other races, I’m Mexican American and they were kinda of rude to me every time I was there often for the las 2 years but the las time I had it , with the owners attitude and her husband’s, rude people
okay. so i went in today for a pedicure & i told her i wanted regular polish about five times, she said okay. then she kept asking ab gel & didnt even tell me she was putting it on my nails after i clearly told her i wanted regular. it wouldnt be a problem if i payed for myself, but i didnt. someone payed for me. so the price went from $35 to $50 & then, she cut my toes to where they started bleeding.. yea nooo...
