I didn't know what I wanted when I went here today. I just knew I felt like I needed a wig. The lady was sweet, I don't feel like she spoke real good English but she was very accommodating and patiently showed me everything I asked to see. The end result...I left with a gorgeous wig that I feel beautiful in! I will be back and I appreciated her help!
They have a lot of products for hair car, but didn't have the items I was looking for.
I went in to purchase some items and hair happened to be one of them, long story short I bought the wrong length of hair and asked about exchanging it. She said ok about one and no on the one that only had 3 to a pack and had the nerve to say that I opened it. So I went to my vehicle to show her the other pack that was opened she tried telling me that she couldn't take it back and that I didn't buy it at her store like that and I replied to her yes I did because I only have been here to purchase the hair and she said no you didn't purchase it here and wouldn't take it back so next time pay attention to the packs of hair and make sure it's the right amount in each pack and don't let them pick it out for you it was missing a bundle and I bought it like that not paying attention.

No consideration for the customer they are currently helping. If someone comes and ask for help while they are helping someone else they will literally just walk away and began helping with the second customer. This has happened several times. I swear I would stop going there if it weren't for the one item I purchased there that I can't find anywhere else! They are absolutely inconsiderate. The older lady was getting some things out of the case for me one time and someone stepped up to the register. She literally walked away from me oh, without saying one word, and begin to ring people up! There war soon 14 people in line and she rang them all up! When she was finished, she didn't even return to finish helping me! Every time I'm there, these things happen. I brought it to the attention of both ladies who run the registers. They looked at me like what I was saying was absurd. As if I shouldn't have had an issue. Take your money elsewhere if you can!
The staff was not able to find the product I needed I asked for a hair product for "cold perms"
We couldn't connect. I said thanks and left. It could have been a language problem. She was very pleasant.
Great customer service!!!! but I didn't know exactly what I needed, so I will definitely be back to purchase my son's loc brush for his new locs!
