Multiple customers mention encounters with rude and uncooperative staff members. This indicates a weakness in the customer service aspect of Pretty Nails place. Employing individuals who do not possess good communication skills or have a hostile attitude can negatively impact the overall experience for customers. It is crucial for businesses to prioritize professionalism and ensure that their employees are trained and equipped with the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.

Maintaining high-quality services is crucial for any beauty establishment as customers expect great results for the amount they pay. Neglecting this aspect can lead to dissatisfied customers and a decline in business.
Another significant concern raised by multiple customers is the cleanliness of the salon. Observations of unsanitary practices, such as not wearing gloves or not washing hands, shed light on a potential hygiene issue. In the beauty industry, maintaining a clean and sterile environment is of utmost importance, especially now during the pandemic. Failure to prioritize hygiene protocols can give a negative impression to customers and pose health risks, leading to a decline in reputation and customer loyalty.

Consistency in delivering high-quality pedicures can attract and retain customers who value attention to detail and thorough treatments. This demonstrates their commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards, which is essential for customer safety and satisfaction.
Additionally, the long-term customer mentioned a positive experience with a specific nail technician, Amy, who went above and beyond to accommodate her needs. This highlights the importance of building relationships with customers and valuing their loyalty. Going the extra mile to provide exceptional service can cultivate a positive reputation and generate customer loyalty.
In conclusion, the strengths of Pretty Nails place include their expertise in providing detailed pedicures, their commitment to cleanliness and sanitation, and the potential for building customer loyalty through personalized service. However, weaknesses include unprofessional behavior from management and employees, declining quality of services, and concerns regarding hygiene practices. Addressing these weaknesses by focusing on improving customer service, maintaining quality in their services, and prioritizing hygiene protocols can help Pretty Nails place enhance their overall customer experience and reputation.
Best TL Reviews
I started living on my own at 18 years old (now 33) not far from this location. And I've been going to the same lady TINA FOR majority of my adult life even when living South and now owning close to DT. The managers/owner here is verrrry unprofessional and isn't easy to get along with no matter how nice you are. Some how I still find myself circling back around to this establishment for Tina's services the sad thing is a lot of ppl feel this way. I literally feel like slapping the manager every time I have to encounter her she gets smart, she's rude and then tries to roll them eyes. Unfortunately every one can't do the services paid for properly including a simple paint. Your feet and hands are an essential body part in your every life so I choose to treat them as such & yes I'm going to be picky about whom /how my services are done PERIODT
The workers here are all rude. The lady who did my pedi rushed through it and was very aggressive scrubbing my feet. She kept wiping her nose on her arm repetitively. She also got upset because I was paying for my mom but I didn't know what my mom wanted yet because they hadn't started on her. I told her to go ask my mom what she wanted because I didn't know and she said to me you ask her, I don't know her, very rudely. I will never be back and they charged way too much for the quality and service I received. These people need to be shut down.
I needed to update my review. Upon further visiting this establishment. The quality of their work went down drastically. My nails keep coming off, chipping, breaking along with my real nails! The last time I went the nail tech didn't file my nails straight and they were uneven on one side. I don't think I'll be back.
This place is not clean, i seen a employee cut a woman while doing her nails reached to put skin glue on it, and the customer said no I need to wash this!!! I have been there 3 times thinking the quality on my nails would get better, I have been to two people in there and it’s not good at all. One employee painted my toes and did not use gloves? They never have you rinse your hands, I have never seen them wash their hands and one day I waited two hours. Hurry to get people in and out! The place is not clean. I won’t go back three times and I’m done. Hygiene is so important now a days.
The man who did my nails was very unprofessional and rude , he talk to me like I was a child by the way I’m a grown woman. He rush through my manicure an had nail polish all around my nails it was very messy so I had someone else fix his mess so be careful when u go to him.
I’ve been going here for over 20 years. The pedicures are so good because they are detailed & must have a system of 25 things they do. They always clean & sanitize the equipment well. It’s not the prettiest or fanciest place, nor is it the most expensive. Usually a pedicure is fast to get walk in and get service. I haven’t been there in a while, but when I saw the posts with somewhat negative reviews, I just wanted to say something nice on their behalf. Amy is the best nail tech! She’s the owner I believe. Once, I had to catch a plane & because she knew me as a repeat customer, she took me ahead of everyone! I was so thankful & felt valued as a loyal customer.
I received a manicure at this location it was rushed and sloppy. The manicurist was supposed to put an overlay on my nails but she drilled in one place so long that it caused me pain and I had to snatch my hand back. I would not suggest going to this location
they don’t know to do nails. n they are so rude.
