Chips are great, but the Doner Kebab was awful! sloppy, practically dripping wet and with very little taste (clearly relying on sauce to do that job). If you're going to charge more than other chippies in the area you need to up your quality, especially if the portions aren't big.
Ordered through Uber eats and ordered a mixed kebab large with salad it came as just doner meat and no salad. The chicken burger had no salad at all on it and no sauce completely dry! Avoid at all costs! Would give 0 star if I could
First uber order with this chippy. Didn't deliver tinned roe to go with chips and scallops that we'd ordered separately. The mixed kebab meat was too salty. Will not be using you again
Apparently my order was dispatched over 40mins later.. delivery driver could not find address, (which I tracked and went round all other roads apart from me even tho showed my address) after speaking to driver driver, he hung up and was agressive.. a number of times.. (call logs) N calls no longer accepted,
I decided to contact manager of restaurant.. Couldn't help.. (Passed on blame to uber, and offered no resolution apart from re order.) He Kept putting cover over phone while internally complaining about me and laughing, have recorded and then eventually he just cut me off with no resolution.... not a good offering or customer service and resolution. To a loyal customer.

Firstly would like too say very poor attitude towards customers. There staff at midday on Monday 7th November was shocking. There lazy . Unprepared and too be real and not over the top there a disgrace too the company name.
The food on show was limited with a million and one excuses why things ain't done .
The company is not the same as Great bridge I decided I it was that poor of service that I would drive too great bridge too see if there attitude and stock was the same. Surprise surprise chork and cheese the difference. Great bridge northing too much trouble .
Everything on show and customers all walking out happy . My advice too the owner of stone cross chippy too close it down or get a few members from over your great bridge store too run it . 1 star ???? review
Always smells greasy, This often is indicates stale oil and needs changing.
I tried them once and indeed the chips were very greasy,
Staff are lovely and can’t fault them at all very kind and helpful but however the chips to me didn’t seem That full of oil and kept giving me dirty burps all day and left a horrible taste in my mouth however veggie burger was nice
