I've had 2 appointments in Blush. One for hair style and make-up and another for Brazilian Blowout, both for events I would be attending. As a new customer, I was treated nicely and received excellent results by Veronica and Adriana. I have wavy hair, and the Brazilian Blowout was a long process. My medium length hair came out beautiful, for which I was extremely satisfied! I found my hair salon and will be returning for future hairstyling.

Great service. They truly care for you and what you want. I’ve been here several times and even took my mom (stroke victim) to get pampered. She loved it!

They make you wait because they put add one in front of your appointment, then treat you like a walk in and don't want to do what you paid for. They also gave the habit of canceling your appointment . no apologies just rudeness. They lost a customer herw

Had an extremely important photo shoot today and had an appointment at 10:00AM. The salon was still CLOSED. I stayed for 15 minutes to give them the time but still no one was inside. This was very unprofessional. People do appointments for a reason!!

I do not recommend blush to anyone at all. I went about a month ago and just haven’t been able to write a review yet. The owner is very rude! I was in the chair getting a hair color and she was on the other side of the room talking to her employees about how a girl came in and I quote “looked bad, but at least she looked better than how she came in”. That is crazy. Also, she was on the phone with a customer, that was asking about appointments I’m guessing. The owner then hangs up the phone and yells out so everyone in the store can hear “Ugh, so annoying”. I know it sounds crazy of what this lady said, but I honestly couldn’t and wouldn’t make this up. Not only this happened, in my one session, but the stylist that did my hair was very unprofessional. She claimed she was tired so while the foils were in my hair she laid down on the waxing table behind me. Yes laid down while she was working and customers in the store! My hair was also very choppy and I had to go back the next day to get it fixed. Overall would not recommend and are never going to trust anyone, even “highly recommended” hair stylist with my hair.

If you have naturally curly hair, don’t go!! It’s such an nice place with very nice staff but both the times that I’ve gone it hasn’t been the best experience. They don’t have wide tooth combs or the correct type of brushes to use on curly hair. I had a shine treatment done which left it quite tangled and the stylist proceeded to brush my hair from top to bottom. I could see and hear how my hair strands were stretching and breaking. After asking them if they had combs and they said no I just decided to leave with my hair tangled and go home to do it myself. It would be great if more stylist could learn more about curly hair and how to care for it instead of treating it like straight hair.

UPDATE: I appreciate your untruthful reply. I payed exactly what I was quoted for even though I didn't have it styled and had no problem with it. Being educated doesn't mean we do things perfectly. Nobody's hair is "special" but what would be pretty special is if there were a Curl Specialist in Harlingen.

I got microblading done and was very satisfied with the end result. I look forward to getting my hair done in the near future, It looks like a very nice place with people that know what they are doing. Highly recommend!
