Ugh, I HATE COMING HERE NOW.. (I only come to this location because it's literally around the corner from my house) However, the workers make me feel very uncomfortable watching and asking if we need help every second (I blame the thieves for messing it up for all of us ????). AND WHY ARE THEY STILL SELLING CLOTHES AND SHOES FROM BACK IN THE EARLY 2000's? ???????????? (I guess thats an Aurora thing, I've noticed lbs) I would also like to mention that there are no blacks working here and I do not feel comfortable asking other races of people about my black hair ????????????‍♀️ I'll go elsewhere ✌????
I have seen that the lady always has a bad comment to make. If the gel didn't work for her daughter then it's not the product that's bad and what do cats and dogs have to do with her issue? That sounds racist. Another comment is if they have cameras everywhere it's for a reason people are always trying to steal from this store.
I really love first image they always have what I need and I always have good customer service the owner is a sweetheart she looks out for everybody in the community appreciate everything she does for us I will tell all my family and friends about first ????
Their service was terrible they would not allow me to try on a $200 wig. I was trying to purchase, even after I offered to apply a hair cap to make sure that the product wasn’t contaminated. The owner said due to the pandemic they wouldn't allow me to try on the wig even if I had on a protective covering over my hair. I understand the policy but in the past, you were able to try wigs on. If someone is spending $200 on a wig and you cannot return it. It doesn't make sense for you to not be able to try the product on. I hope management will change their policy for future customers.
They quality of hair is meh! They are have cameras everywhere and all these rules up to deal with shop lifting? Some cool T-shirts and a good variety of products. Parking lot is a mess one way in and out and I think there is something funky going on with accident set ups.
I don't like going into that place too much any more. They always watch you like a hawk like you don't have any money to buy anything and you are going to steal it. Second I think a lot of their stuff is knockoffs or counterfeit just because of their return policy. I had been a loyal customer since the early to mid 90s when they were in the north lake street shopping center I used to get my track outfits from there. Now I just go to K&G and get my clothes better selection and I don't get the"shopping while black"treatment
Tons of options to choose from, and very friendly. Maybe a little pricey on some things though, but will work with you on exchanges.
One time I went in there this black guy that worked there followed me around the whole time I was there it was every uncomfortable just getting watched for no reason but never coming here again.
