RUN away from this place. The worst pedi I ever had. Some guy did my feet and they look as bad as they were before I entered this place. He spent a few minutes cutting nails and didn't cut cuticles at all. Did not scrub feet. Spent maybe 30 seconds on bottom of feet and less than 5 minutes lightly rubbing, not massaging, my legs. Then, he throws burning hot towels on my legs and tells me someone else will apply polish. Some lady applied polish (once she tore herself away from her tablet). A 5-year old could have done better. She missed a lot of spots and didn't bother to apply a top coat of polish. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Fastest (and worst) pedi ever!!! While I was there a lady walked in to complain that her toe was swollen as a result of a pedi she got there. They didn't want to hear it. I will never go back to this place.
I have been in here before. To be honest I’m the kind of person who DREDS going to the nail salon & it’s more of a chore than a luxury for me. With that being said I keep my acrylics fairly long. We are not talking Cardi B long just medium long & anyway I went in today and I could hear them talking about how long my nails were. Almost trying to discourage me to have them so long. & it’s not everybody’s thing, they could have told me they are not able to handle job and I would have taken my Buisness elsewhere. Like previous comments state the husband has zero people skills. He looked at my current set and made a comment about if I wanted something flashy with a design like them & I asked him before he did my nails if they had gems for the design I wanted and explained it wasn’t anything too complicated( I wanted 2 different colors and some gems, something I could have done tbh) of course he said yea and proceeded to start drilling. One of my nails was gone he glued himself to me trying to glue the nail on them dipped the nail with glue into acetone and proceeded to put that oh my fingernail he had just drilled. ???? it hurt. When it was time to paint he stated they didn’t have gems and handed me the gel colors and told me I needed to just pick one from there. I mean dang! I just asked him to paint them white at this point and they look horrible to be honest. I’m so disappointed because I love to support a family business. Will not be returning. Ever. $40 down the drain I’m going to try and get them fixed.

Small, convenient establishment with a friendly staff that do manicures & pedicures. They listen to your needs. Drop-ins are accepted, but appointments are appreciated.
Mani/pedi today. I have problems with my feet so I try to do this twice a month. Went to boutique nails and spa. I did have an appt. The owner did my pedi 1st. I decided to get the deluxe. As she was doing the pedi walk ins were coming in and she asked them if they wanted to wait. They did. She was so worried about losing that money my deluxe pedi, which wasn't cheap, lasted all of 12 minutes. That includes 2 coats of polish and a coat of clear!! The women already getting pedicures when she started mine were still getting pedicures when she was done with mine!!! Do Not waste your money!!! Very greedy owner!!! There are to many other great places out there!!! This is absolutely NOT one of them. The only reason I gave a star is because you have to when posting a review.
All the folks working here are friendly, and they do good manicures and pedicure. I see a lot of women getting their eyebrows waxed. Only drawback is that sometimes they are so busy that you have to wait awhile. I usually just make an appointment for the next day. I have been going there for 3 years and are happy with them.
The only reason I will give this place one star is because of the younger girl working in here that just started. I will not be returning to this nail salon. I came in and was very specific about what I wanted. It was not a tough service. I am a hairdresser and I had some purple on my skin around my nail beds and so when I asked for my pink and white full set, I asked her if she would clip the dead skin away as she should anyway because it’s a manicure service. I also asked for my pink and white nails to be thicker on the ends and whiter because that is how I like it. When my nails were finished they looked awful. The pink and whites are not even nor are the lines. I also have two nails that are crooked. The owner is the one that did my nails and she propped her phone up so she could watch a show the entire time she was doing my service. I asked her three times to make my nails wider on the ends. By the third time I assumed she didn’t speak English well and couldn’t understand me. After it was finished I had to clip the dead skin away from my own nails and when the other ladies seen that I was not happy the owner then came out and asked me and proceeded to argue with me. I stayed calm but was very blunt about how unhappy I was. I will not ever return to this place. Awful customer service and awful nails.
