Quick Facts About BrewDog Cambridge

BrewDog Cambridge has both strengths and weaknesses, as indicated by the various comments provided. Let's break them down:
Strengths: - Ambience: Many customers mentioned that the ambience of BrewDog Cambridge is great. The clean and beautiful interiors contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. - Friendly service: The server was praised for being friendly, and the prompt service was appreciated by customers. This indicates that the staff at BrewDog Cambridge is attentive and provides good customer service. - Beer selection: Despite various complaints about the food, multiple comments mentioned that the selection of beers at BrewDog Cambridge is great. This indicates that the establishment has a wide variety of beers to cater to different preferences.
Weaknesses: - Food quality and selection: Several comments express disappointment with the food at BrewDog Cambridge. Customers felt that the wings had an overpowering vinegar taste, and the limited options for burgers were not satisfying. Some also found the food to be overpriced, as it didn't come with certain sides and beverages had additional charges. - Gluten-free issues: A customer mentioned that someone in their party ordered a gluten-free chicken burger but was served food with gluten instead. This suggests a potential issue with communication or attention to dietary restrictions. - Price: While some customers praised the food, they also felt that BrewDog Cambridge is quite expensive. The cost of a meal, including a burger, chips, dip, and a pint, was quoted as around £30. This led some individuals to believe that the establishment could be more affordable. - Decline in standards: A couple of comments mentioned that BrewDog Cambridge is going downhill. Tables were not cleared, one had ants, and food took a long time to be delivered. These issues are indicative of a decline in cleanliness and efficiency at the establishment. - Lack of variety: Some customers noted a lack of variety in the menu options, especially for those who are not vegan. Several comments mentioned the need for more choices and reduced prices to make the menu more appealing.
Despite these weaknesses, there are also positive experiences shared by customers, such as great service from staff members, enjoyable food (excluding certain dishes), and a positive overall experience. It's important for the management of BrewDog Cambridge to take note of the constructive criticism, such as improving the food quality and selection, addressing gluten-free concerns, offering more variety, and potentially reviewing their prices. By addressing these areas of improvement, BrewDog Cambridge can maintain and enhance the positive aspects of their establishment, ensuring a better customer experience for all.

Ambience, great - food, not so good. The server was really friendly and service was prompt. Clean and beautiful interiors. I just have the food to complain about unfortunately which is the reason we won’t be returning☹️
I really wanted to try the wings but there was only 1 choice and the rest was vegan. Wings were crispy and good, however, the vinegar was overpowering. Secondly, no choices of burgers, just two beef and two chicken and the rest were vegan. The burgers were okayish but not worth the price of £13.50 and didn’t even come with a fries which we had to pay for additionally at £3.50. The seeded bun was nice and toasty though. No regular soft drinks like coke, etc.
I think, food aside, the place is good, heard the lager is good but I don’t drink lager. I think if the prices could be reduced and if they add more variety to the menu, this place would make the list. Good luck and hoping you can take the constructive criticism.????
Food is generally satisfying and selection of beers is great. Few things to be aware of bottomless wings actually had a limit. Someone in our party order gluten free chicken burger and was actually served the food with gluten and only told afterwards.
The burgers are really nice, I had the buffalo chicken burger and it was piled high with chicken and it was cooked really well.
It love going there, the only downside is it is I believe it to be quite expensive. A buffalo chicken burger, chips, dip and a pint ???? will set you back roughly £30, could be more affordable!
The Cambridge location used to be fine, but it’s going downhill very fast, I won’t be going there any longer.
Tables were not cleared, one of the tables had ants and our food was delivered after 55 minutes.
Overall very disappointed, the staff there doesn’t seem willing to do much work, just chit-chat between themselves, so it’s unsurprising that the place has degraded so much recently.
Really lovely experience this evening (18th Feb). Great service from Nick, he recommended a really nice beer, really friendly and the food was great- especially the cookie monster ????
Despite it being really busy we were still served very quickly.
Would definitely visit again.
Went for wings Wednesday and was not disappointed. Fantastic customer service and delicious food/drink. The drinks menu is quite expansive, with a number of guest beers on tap. Highly recommend going! ** Just been again and no complaints.
Great food as always! Staff are brilliant.
Just wish the food could come out a bit quicker. The buffalo cauliflower wings are insane
