Quick Facts About Broiler Bar & Restaurant

Broiler Bar & Restaurant has received a variety of feedback from customers, both positive and negative. In order to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the place, let's breakdown the comments and consider the different aspects mentioned.
Starting with the positive feedback, it is clear that the service at Broiler Bar & Restaurant is highly regarded by multiple customers. The first comment highlights the amazing service received during breakfast, and the second comment also praises the excellent service experienced during their visit. These positive experiences with the service indicate that the staff at the restaurant are attentive, friendly, and provide a positive dining experience.
The quality of the food also receives mixed reviews. The first two comments mention that the food was great and delicious, specifically mentioning the fantastic pancakes and giant homemade cinnamon rolls. This indicates that the restaurant has some standout dishes that customers enjoy. However, the third comment states that the pancakes lacked flavor and that the chicken fried steak was not well-received. This shows that while some dishes may be exceptional, others may fall short in terms of taste and quality.
The appearance of the building also receives mixed feedback. One comment mentions that the building is not much to look at, which may be a concern for those accustomed to dining in bigger cities. On the other hand, another comment views the building as a hidden jewel, suggesting that the interior and atmosphere of the restaurant may surpass initial expectations. This suggests that the appearance of the building may not align with the dining experience it offers.
In terms of the overall dining experience, the level of attention and friendliness of the staff is mentioned multiple times. However, the negative feedback highlights instances of unfriendly service and lack of attention from the waitress. This inconsistency in service quality could be a potential weakness for the restaurant, as attentive and friendly staff are key to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Additionally, comments about the salad bar and the quality of food products raise concerns about the overall quality of the ingredients used in the restaurant. One comment specifically mentions witnessing the owner purchasing low-quality food products. This creates doubt about the freshness and quality of the dishes served at the establishment, and could be viewed as a major weakness in terms of food sourcing and ingredient selection.
Lastly, the pricing at Broiler Bar & Restaurant is seen as a positive aspect in one comment, as it offers lots of food for a good price. This suggests that the restaurant provides value for money, which can be seen as a strength.
In conclusion, the strengths of Broiler Bar & Restaurant include the amazing service, standout dishes such as pancakes and cinnamon rolls, and good pricing. However, the weaknesses lie in the inconsistent quality of the food, potential issues with sourcing low-quality ingredients, and varying levels of friendliness and attentiveness from the staff. These mixed reviews indicate that while the restaurant has potential, there are areas that need improvement in order to provide a consistently excellent dining experience for all customers.

Went here for breakfast two days in a row at the recommendation of our hotel, and we were not disappointed. The service was amazing. Get the fantastic pancakes!!
Stopped for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. The food was great, giant homemade cinnamon rolls and Cain’s coffee and the service was excellent.
The building wasn’t much to look at, and if you are from a bigger city you might be concerned, but, the and service makes it a hidden jewel!
Was not impressed. Not the worst food I've had but certainly I've had better in Scott City, KS. I had the pancakes. They were fluffy but had no flavor...if buttermilk would have been part of the batter, they'd be killer! I ordered my egg fried hard, broken yolk and they did get that right, so star for that. My companion had chicken fried steak and she wasn't really sure what she was eating. Remarked that it "tasted funny." Waitress was unfriendly and never came back to check on us and there were only 3 other folks in the place. Not recommended...better food elsewhere.
We were just in over the weekend. I've heard the breakfast is great. We went for lunch. The food was decent, not good enough to have me running back for more. The salad bar was less than impressive and the service was TERRIBLE. The woman wasn't very friendly, didnt give us menus, didn't get in much of a hurry for anything and never checked on our drinks once. I'd rather eat at the Wendy's while I'm in town.????‍♀️
Has dinner there tonight and was not impressed. My husband’s corn tasted like it was bad and the sour cream I asked for was 2 months past it’s best served date. Our young waiter was pleasant, so he gets this star. We paid our tab and tipped our waiter but let him know what was wrong with our meal and needless to say we will not be back.
We passed this place at first when looking for it because there was no sign on the building or any indication of what was inside. Had a late breakfast. There was a tremendous amount of food and all of it was delicious. The waitress was really fun. Would definitely eat here again.
My husband and myself have run into the Owner-Debbie, at the local grocery buying mass amounts of the absolute cheapest, lowest quality food products that this so-called "restaurant" serves their customers. Very, very low quality prepared dishes. I could not, in good conscience, recommend eating at this establishment to Anyone. The meats usually taste like 3 days past expiration, please don't waste your time attempting a meal here.
Great food - had dinner and breakfast. Friendly and excellent service. Lots of food for good price.
