Quick Facts About Cafe Toffs

Cafe Toffs Place is an Arabic style cafe located in the middle of Hanley. Based on the comments provided, we can assess the strengths and weaknesses of the cafe.
One of the strengths mentioned is the attentive and friendly service. Multiple comments highlight the lovely staff and the warm welcome received from the family who runs the business. This can enhance the overall customer experience and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Another strength mentioned is the quality of the food. Customers praise the freshness and excellent value of the dishes. The Mocca and baklava are specifically mentioned as being exceptionally good. This positive feedback on the food quality can attract customers and build a loyal customer base.
The cafe's location and terrace also serve as a strength. Situated in the middle of Hanley with a south-facing terrace, customers can enjoy sun all day while dining. This can create a pleasant environment and enhance the overall dining experience.
Additionally, the reasonable prices mentioned in one of the comments can be seen as a strength. Providing good food at a reasonable price can attract more customers and make Cafe Toffs Place a desirable option for dining.
Despite these strengths, there are a few weaknesses mentioned in the comments. One customer mentions that the staff seemed harassed and overworked, which could impact the quality of service and overall customer satisfaction. It is important for the cafe to address any staffing issues and ensure that their employees are well-supported and not overwhelmed.
Another weakness highlighted was the lack of mint sauce and the lack of marinade on the kebab at Erbill Grill. While this feedback is not directly related to Cafe Toffs Place, it is worth considering as it can impact the overall dining experience if customers are looking for specific accompaniments or preparation methods.
Furthermore, one comment mentions that the food was "ok but nothing special." This suggests that while the food is satisfactory, it may not stand out amongst other Arabic cafes or restaurants in the area. This could be a weakness as customers may opt for other establishments that offer a more unique or memorable culinary experience.
Overall, Cafe Toffs Place has several strengths including attentive service, fresh and excellent value food, a welcoming atmosphere, and a prime location. However, there are a few weaknesses to address, such as ensuring staff are not overworked and considering feedback on specific accompaniments or flavorings. By addressing these weaknesses and continuing to build on their strengths, Cafe Toffs Place can further establish itself as a top choice for Arabic cuisine in Hanley.

At Erbill Grill they didn't marinade the kebab before grilling it. They didn't have any mint sauce.
Arabic style cafe with really attentive and friendly service and great food which is fresh and excellent value. Would recommend to try Arabic tea. Couldn't fault anything and the person who said the food is overpriced is having a laugh. Sorry, I didn't think to add a tip as I paid by contactless and had no change, but definitely will next time.
First time here, my mate bought me a Mocca and a can of pop. One of the nicest, chocolatey Moccas I've ever had. Great service too. My mate loves the place and frequents it a lot.
Not impressed. Staff seemed harassed and over worked. Food was ok but nothing special. Atmosphere was ok but seemed a little tense
We were desperate for some real food and found this place. The owner served us, he was lovely, the jacket and Coronation chicken was lovely, the feel was lovely. I wish I could take the place home with me. It was very reasonable too.
Toffs is a wonderful cafe right in the middle of Hanley. It's got a gorgeous terrace facing south meaning you've got sun all day. I had a latte and a baklava, probably the best I had in my life. And the family who runs the business, they are the friendliest you can get - you won't get a better welcome and service anywhere near. Will certainly return.
This is a charming little Cafe, staffed/run by lovely people. As with most family run foreign establishments one receives excellent, civilised service
- think the better continental resorts you might have visited. Highly recommended as a pleasant venue for the ladies to meet up after shopping, and with the demolition of the all too nearby local toilets (drug centre), it can only get more popular. Don't forget to order a Cappuccino - 10/10
A welcome addition to the town's 'Cultural Centre'.
Amazing cafe! Gorgeous food and lovely owner & very thoughtful staff! Will definitely be coming back for more! Great food options for everybody to enjoy. Best cafe in Stoke ????
