Honestly after reading the reviews for this location in early January I didn’t know what to expect when I walked in. However every time I’ve gone in, the owner and the workers have always been extremely welcoming and caring. Sarah has been doing my nails since January and put me on to their SNS Powder and I haven’t thought of doing Gel polish since! My nails are healthier than they’ve ever been and they always make sure they’re as accommodating as possible. I would definitely recommend people seeing Sarah at least once! She’s extremely friendly and someone nice enough to talk to during the whole process.
I’ve been coming here for nearly 5 years & today will be my last. If you’re hard working like I am STAY AWAY! They do not care about their clients or their time. We are walking checks to them. You are required to make an appointment which we did, I came in today with 3 other people (all with appointments) & was told one of the people in my party would have to come back 2hrs later despite us having an appointment. The owner (a man) was extremely rude said he didn’t care shooed his hands at us & went to remove my 12yr old from the chair with aggression. We spend over $200 every time we come. They began to speak on their language & ignore our concerns. They did the same thing to us 2 weeks ago. Olivia didn’t not apologize for the inconvenience they caused us nor did the male manager. After being a religious customer for 5 years & multiple similar situations happening to my family, friends & I will NO longer waste our money here.
This was my first time receiving service at castle nails. I went in for a pedicure and tips removal and they charge me a arm and leg. Firstly they tried to upsell me the most expensive pedicure they offer and I refused. I went for the inexpensive pedicure but it’s a upsell from the regular pedicure. They gave me service I didn’t asked for such as a manicure, endless messages without informing me of the additional charge. Let me say this was the most pricey pedicure and tip removal I ever received.
Great customer service... I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the staff was very friendly. I got a french manicure with dip powder. Great protection for my natural nails, not too thick but strong. Very happy with the way they turned out.
1st time here and I had a fantastic experience. Everyone greeted me when I came in. My needs were addressed instantly. And Sarah is a real artist. This was my first time doing SNS powder and its amazing. Love how it turned out. I was given such a fantastic massage that I could have fell asleep. All in all great experience
I'll be honest It wasn't that great not awful just not great. The person doing my nails shaped them nicely though but the reason for the 3 stars is because I showed them a picture of a design I wanted hoping they could do it, but seeing the finished product I wasn't to pleased with it. Listen if you can't do a design don't agree to do it if you cant I'll understand won't make a fuss. Just eh experience
Worst one! This was the nearest one so I thought of visiting this, this time was my second visit cause of a quick plan. I regret! Both manicure and pedicure was horrible. They bring you the most expensive product first and don't do the procedure according to the cost. Staff are so cunning just to get their tip
It's So unprofessional! Worst attitude from a people who get their pay for their Job and still shows their fake smile and hospitality just for Tip. Insensitive! I always give tip where I receive a service. But these ppl dont deserve for their fake expressions and attitude on their customers.
Awesome job on regular Manicure! Olivia, Sarah, Anne are All great so far! Always ready when I have an appointment.
