Quick Facts About T T Nail Spa
T T Nail Spa has received a mix of positive and negative comments, providing insights into the strengths and weaknesses of their services. In this analysis, we will examine their strengths and weaknesses based on these comments.
Starting with the strengths, one common theme among the positive comments was the quality of the nail services. One customer mentioned that Tami did an amazing job at fixing their nails, highlighting the salon's ability to deliver good quality nails. Another customer expressed their satisfaction with their nails and praised the service for being clean, quick, and provided by great people. These comments indicate that T T Nail Spa has the capability to deliver a high standard of nail services and maintain a clean environment.
Additionally, the positive comments also mentioned quick service, suggesting that T T Nail Spa values efficiency and respects their customers' time. Customers appreciate not having to spend excessive amounts of time at the salon, which can make the experience more convenient and satisfactory.
Moving on to the weaknesses, one significant issue highlighted in the negative comments is the inconsistency in service quality. Some customers pointed out that their initial experiences were positive but that their last visit was disappointing. This shows that T T Nail Spa struggles with maintaining consistency in their service delivery. Inconsistency can lead to customer dissatisfaction and loss of trust, potentially affecting their reputation.
Another weakness mentioned by multiple customers is the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. One customer complained that their nail technician was rude and did not listen to their requests. Another mentioned that the owner was rude and rushed through the pedicure, making it an uncomfortable experience. Rude behavior and poor customer service can leave a lasting negative impression on customers, resulting in a loss of business and negative word-of-mouth.
Sanitation and hygiene concerns were also raised by customers. One customer described their experience with a nail technician wearing dirty gloves and not changing them after cutting them, leading to potential bloodborne pathogens being spread between clients. Another mentioned that the salon did not follow proper blood safety practices and used a file with blood on it. These issues raise serious concerns about T T Nail Spa's commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment, potentially putting customers at risk.
Moreover, pricing discrepancies and a generally subpar job were also mentioned. Some customers claimed that T T Nail Spa misled them with false pricing information and charged more than initially stated. Additionally, customers expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of their nail job, with nails being different lengths and shapes. Inconsistency in delivering the promised service and providing accurate pricing can erode customer trust and negatively impact the salon's reputation.
In conclusion, T T Nail Spa has both strengths and weaknesses. Their strengths lie in the ability to deliver good quality nails, quick service, and a clean salon environment. However, they struggle with consistency in service delivery, rude and unprofessional behavior, sanitation concerns, pricing discrepancies, and subpar nail jobs. Addressing these weaknesses is crucial for T T Nail Spa to improve customer satisfaction, retain clientele, and enhance their reputation in the market.
Best TL Reviews
I recently came to this salon in hopes that they could fix a set of nails I had gotten 6 days prior at a different salon. Tami did an amazing job at fixing my nails. I am so pleased and thankful for them. If you want good quality nails, I would recommend TT Nails.
unfortunately I spoke to soon in my last review, today they were very rude to me they left excess nail polish in places they shouldn't be any, they were very rough with my hands, they were never that way before. Today I felt much like I was an inconvenience to them so first few visits were great, but the last visit is just that my last visit!
It was my first time last week. I had a company Christmas party to attend. I was very excited. But then more people came.what was a relaxing time turned into a rush job. Filing my nails quick to get me out the door. 3 gels lifted and I had to file them down. 80$ to last 4 days.
loved this place! it was me and my sisters first time going here and we are in love with our nails! clean salon, quick service, and great people!
My nail tech was quite rude and didn't listen when I asked for him to cut the nails shorter, and when using the drill, he exercised no care in making sure not to put it directly on the skin which was quite painful. I'm now worried about infection from the drill. definitely not worth it
Yesterday, 8/26/22. After paying a total of $97.00 dollars for my pedicure, and manicure plus ten in tips , I had to return the same day to have them fix my manicure. It was poorly done with tiny pieces os sort of sandy bumpy particles; h. The tech male was so rude, and unhappy he had to fix my mani. He also hurt me when holding my hands so hard. These people do not smile, and have no costumer service skills. They really need to be warm and welcoming, smile more, fix mistakes with love and care and just be nicer people. I had to tell this guy to be gentle with me and not hurt me. I’m not coming back.
The guy who is the owner is very rude, and he rushes through the pedicure so it isn’t even relaxing and enjoyable. The lady who painted my nails came over from another customer and didn’t change gloves or wash her hands. They also tried to get me to get cash out of their atm ($5 fee). I said no, and they asked me 3 times! I will
never go back here. It’s dirty, unsanitary, the employees are very rude, and the pedicure hurt and wasn’t enjoyable at all!
They don't use proper blood safety and sanitation practices. The lady doing my nails was wearing dirty gloves that already had multiple colors of polish on them when she started doing my nails. She then cut me and drew blood with the file. Without changing her gloves she proceeded to rub them all over the cut and when it didn't stop bleeding just put glue on top of it. She then put the bloody file back into the drawer she took it out of.. she didn't throw it away, she put it back to be used again on another client WITH BLOOD ON IT. That's a great way to spread bloodborne pathogens.
They also lied to me about the price they would charge me (saying $35 when I asked them online and then charging me $45 when I got there.. well $40 since they cut me) and also did a generally terrible job since all of my nails were different lengths and shapes. I HIGHLY recommend that you go elsewhere for your nail services.
