I am so impressed by Chic Nails! My nail tech, Kim, did a fantastic job and was so wonderful to talk to. I’ve been looking for a nail salon closer to where I live for awhile and I’m so happy I came here. It’s by far the cleanest and most professional salon I’ve found in Grand Rapids. Previous salons I’ve been to have been dirty with rude technicians who make your nails bleed and make it a horrible and stressful environment. Chic is modern, and it’s actually relaxing which is the whole point of getting your nails done. Can’t recommend enough and I’m thrilled that I took a chance with a new salon. Thank you!

Over the years, I have been to several different nail salons in Grand Rapids and always end up driving out of my way to come back to Chic Nails. I appreciate that they are meticulous and take their time. Kim did an especially great job with my ombre dip. I’ll always recommend this salon!

Went here to get my nails done before my wedding. The lady that did my nails used a spinning tool on my nails and pushed it into my cuticles which caused 3 of my fingers to bleed around the nail bed. I don't think she knew what she was doing because my sisters got their nails dont by another lady and didn't bleed. The next day, the polish started to crack and I had no time to go back to the salon to get them fixed. Not only were they cracked, the gel manicure was very poorly done around the cuticle line. Do not come here.

I'm a creature of habit, but recently my favorite nail fella of FOREVER relocated here. I ABSOLUTELY love the ladies, their sense of humor, interaction with my significant other and I, and so much more! It was non stop laughs which made for a great expierence, and well worth my 40ish minute drive. We actually talked him into a pedi and mani, but cannot get the pedi video uploaded! Girl Power! ???? ???? Repeat customers for life! Great second to last stop after a long day! Can't wait for 2 weeks!

I was house/pet sitting for someone in the area and needed to have my nails done. I called here and was so happy I did. The salon was very aesthetically pleasing and I was so pleased with my nails ????.

I came to Chic over a year ago to get my nails done for my wedding and absolutely loved them! I haven’t gone since because I don’t get my nails done often but decided to get them done today and went to a salon close to where I live. Unfortunately there was some miscommunication and the nails didn’t turn out exactly how I wanted them. I called Chic to see if they could fix them and they told me to come in in an hour. Lena brought me to her chair and I explained what happened and showed her the picture how I wanted it and she fixed them! They turned out so cute! I will definitely be returning!

Took my sister here for a birthday pedicure, and it was amazing! They really take their time with the pampering, best sugar scrub/massage/etc I’ve had from any of our local nail salons! I also came in with a random Pinterest picture of nail art, and they were able to recreate it perfectly! I found the technicians to be careful and kind, and we both had an excellent experience. Will definitely be back, and definitely recommend!

Got my nails done 8 days ago, at day 5 they looked as if they needed a fill. Today one literally broke in half, that has never happened in 20 yrs of getting nails. My toe polish literally looks like two different colors. One of my eyebrows has an arch the other one doesnt, even after having her correct when she said she was done. I was charged 131$ for this, the most I have ever paid for this basic service. I tipped the foot girl 10$ because her massage was AWESOME. I was going to go and complain to the shop, but with gas prices what they are, I would hate to go that far and then receive no satisfaction and pay for a repair. So ill just warn you guys.
