I went in for a pedicure today and dip powder set. I honestly was not too satisfied with my pedicure design- requested snowflakes but they look like stars and silver glitter was added with out asking but i paid for it. I waited patiently after my pedicure for a nail tech , although one person was allowed to go ahead of me. I had asked for dip powder with a design.
The tech stated no problem. I currently have dip on my nails and typically this would be soaked off but I was told it would be filed off.
The tech proceed to file it off, leaving most of the previous weeks powder on my nails.
The tech insisted I just get gel and go but I said no as the gel peels off in days . The tech then proceeded to attempt to make me get tips to even my nails, I advised to cut and make even. The tech became frustrated and said she would no longer do my nails and the owner would not get anyone else to attempt to do my nails . I waited almost two hours to only walk out the door with my nails like this (pics added) . I tried this spa for the first time and was highly disappointed in how I was treated. I remained calm and cordial but was refused service because I refused tips on my nails and I insisted on dip powder instead of acrylic. The service and warm patience I witnessed for others as I waited was not the same applied applied to me.
I generally don’t give reviews but I felt this was a must. 15 min pedicure for $30. Never again..service was awful all the way around, from start to finish. Never again will I go there.. the young girl barely touched my feet in the form of a pedicure. There was no service menu for pricing, no instructions on which nail polishes to choose from and just overall a very dissatisfying experience.Not a friendly atmosphere. Definitely will not go back.
Super Friendly and Fast service! Walked in and immediately was welcomed and didn't even have to wait! Everyone is really nice and personable and all about customer service!
And did not have that strong acrylic type smell that other nail salons have! Perfect for me cause I have migraines and have been unable to enter any nail salons due to the strong smells. Love my toes and my nails!10 ????'s will be my go to nail shop from now on! Thanks ????
this is the worst nail salon i have ever been too. they don’t have proper supplies. they take forever. they didn’t shape my nails right or do the right designs. 10/10 do NOT recommend.
Apparently you now get whatever service they decide on. Went in to get the deluxe pedicure (I love the hot stone message) but the technician never asked me what I would like. I've always been given the pedicure "menu" and asked which one I would like. Guess you can't have it your way anymore.
It's where I've been going since living in the dothan area so it's convenient for me. Make sure you tell them what you want and that goes for nail art I only had a problem once with my nail art did not come out the way I wanted but don't feel bad to tell them to fix it or else you'll be stuck with something you dont like. Other than that they are good I just got these done today and I love them!!
The location has great parking and other stores nearby that are very convenient. The staff are very friendly and professional. The building, setup, and equipment are kept neat, clean, and sanitary. Great first experience with a pedicure.
I’ve Been coming here for years!! The owner Charlie is a cool dude and funny!! Tina does a fantastic job on natural nails however when they get busy , she can start slacking a little, and she will cut you up with that drill lol THE BIGGEST PLUS is They have the BEST products because your nails last at least 3 weeks Vs. 2 weeks!! I only get a fill once a month …So really great products!!
