Quick Facts About Pretty Nails

Pretty Nails Place, based on the comments provided, has a mix of strengths and weaknesses. It is important to note that these comments may not fully represent the overall experience of the salon, but they provide insights into certain aspects.
One strength highlighted by the comments is the skill of Kathy, who is praised for her ability to effectively treat ingrown toenails. This shows that the salon has competent technicians who can provide specialized services. Additionally, the friendly and skilled nail technician mentioned in another comment indicates that the salon has staff members who can deliver satisfactory results and create a positive customer experience.
Another positive aspect is the quality of the nails done at Pretty Nails Place. One customer expresses satisfaction with the nail job, praising the technician for doing a good job and liking the outcome. This suggests that the salon has the ability to deliver quality nail services that meet customers' expectations.
However, there are several weaknesses that should be addressed. One major concern raised by multiple reviewers is the issue of pricing. Customers feel that the salon charges too much for certain services, such as $5 to remove nail polish and an extra $20 for gel polish on toenails. This pricing structure is perceived as too expensive compared to other salons, leading some customers to feel that they are not receiving value for their money. Inconsistent pricing, as mentioned in one comment, also reflects poorly on the management of the salon.
Another weakness highlighted in the comments is the poor customer service experienced by some customers. There are complaints about the attitudes of both the male technician and the owner. Customers experienced snappy and nasty attitudes, which can create a negative and unwelcoming atmosphere in the salon. Additionally, there were issues with communication and clarity about prices, with staff members frequently needing to consult the manager. This lack of effective communication can lead to confusion and dissatisfaction among customers.
In terms of durability, there are concerns about the longevity of services provided by Pretty Nails Place. Customers report that their nails would break shortly after getting them done, which suggests that the quality of the products used or the technique employed may not be up to par. Similarly, the comment about the top coat turning brown quickly indicates that the salon may not be using high-quality products or may not have a proper understanding of nail care.
Convenience is also mentioned as a reason for some customers to return to Pretty Nails Place. Its location appears to be a strength, as some customers choose to go there because it is conveniently situated for them. However, convenience alone may not be enough to retain customers in the long term if the overall experience does not meet their expectations.
In conclusion, Pretty Nails Place has strengths in terms of the skills of specific technicians and the ability to deliver quality nail services. However, there are notable weaknesses in terms of pricing, customer service, and durability of the nail treatments. Addressing these weaknesses by improving communication, adjusting pricing strategies, and ensuring consistent quality could help improve the overall customer experience at the salon.

Best TL Reviews

Kathy is 100% the most gentle and best at getting my ingrown toenails out! I am so grateful I found her!
I won’t be coming back here. I paid $25 for a 10 minute pedicure. No joke. The tech couldn’t finish fast enough. Been a customer for many years, and I won’t be back.
The lady that did my nails did a really good job, and very friendly, She is the best, I really like her, I love my nails!!
Worst pedicure and fill-in ever. I knew I shouldn't have gone there. I was getting my car fix ???? and I said let me get a simple fill in and I cut my nail down because they were coffin shape. I didn't want to give them anything difficult. Painting job terrible. Never going there again
I wold not recommend Pretty Nails. I used to come here (for about 2/3 years) on a regular basis & they were amazing! Ever since the lockdown ended they have gone downhill. The man that works there has the nastiest attitude and the owner has a snappy attitude as well. Every time I come in the price changes & the service is TRASH. They really need to bring Paul back. He is talented, respectful, and had excellent customer service
Will never be back or recommend them to anyone. The man who works there doing nails has the worst attitude. I paid to have a service and they refused to change my nail color unless I paid more. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! And a lady cut the meat of my nail.
They do nails very well, but they are too expensive. They charge $5 to remove nail polish then they also charge $20 extra to paint your toenails with gel polish. Plus $20 pedicure, that's $45 for just your feet! I usually only spend $50 for both my nails and feet together at other salons..
I had been a customer at this nail salon for 2 years (off and on) and have experienced high and low moments of customer service, communication, and beauty quality. I initially stopped getting my nails done here because my nails would break 1-2 days after getting them done. So to avoid the nasty response from the manager (also showing my receipts to mark the date) I completely stopped getting my nails done. Every single time I would get my feet done the top coat would turn brown within the first week after my appointment. After being annoyed by it, I just started bringing my own clear coat and that stopped that issue. During this time I found a nail shop but didn’t necessarily care for how they did my feet. I would return and went back to my direct person at pretty nails (that’s does great work) but the vibes of the nail salon is the reason I decided to not come back. The communication was constantly off about prices and the staff was also unclear. Most of the time they would have to ask the manager about prices and for clarity. I found myself going out of convenience because of the location but decided I would no longer spend my money here and continue to receive the back end of a mismanaged business.
