Quick Facts About China Town Restaurant
China Town Restaurant, located in an undisclosed location, has received mixed reviews from customers. While some patrons have praised the restaurant for its delicious dishes and friendly customer service, others have expressed their dissatisfaction with the quality of the food and overall experience. In this analysis, we will examine the strengths and weaknesses of China Town Restaurant based on the comments provided.
One of the evident strengths of China Town Restaurant is the positive feedback from customers who claim to love the place. One reviewer mentioned that the House Lo Mein, Sesame Chicken, and Szechuan Chicken were their favorites. This indicates that China Town Restaurant is capable of delivering enjoyable, flavorful dishes that keep customers coming back for more. Additionally, another customer expressed satisfaction with the quick service and fresh food, stating that they have always had a good experience at the restaurant.
Furthermore, China Town Restaurant seems to have a loyal customer base, as one reviewer mentioned that they eat there at least once a month with their family. This implies that the restaurant has managed to establish a strong rapport with its customers and consistently provide them with a positive dining experience.
However, the restaurant also faces several weaknesses that have resulted in negative reviews. One customer complained about the reheated food, specifically mentioning the chicken wings as being greasy and having no Chinese connection at all. This suggests that China Town Restaurant might have inconsistencies in the preparation and quality of their dishes. Another dissatisfied customer mentioned that they spent a considerable amount of money on their order but found the food to be without seasoning and unpleasant in taste. They also expressed disappointment in the old chicken wings and plain yellow rice, indicating a lack of attention to detail in the ingredients used.
Another weakness mentioned by a customer is the decline in quality of their previous order. They specifically mentioned an old egg roll, shrimp fried rice that tasted different, and a hot and spicy shrimp dish that was overly filled with onions and bell peppers. Additionally, they highlighted that the staff member they interacted with had a negative attitude when shown the subpar egg roll. This indicates a potential issue with consistency and customer service at China Town Restaurant.
Furthermore, a comment mentioned that China Town Restaurant received a "B" rating from the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SC DHEC). While the reviewer stated that they were unsure about the reasons for the rating, it raises concerns regarding the hygiene and cleanliness standards of the restaurant. This could be viewed as a weakness as it may deter potential customers who prioritize food safety and cleanliness.
In conclusion, China Town Restaurant has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. The strengths include positive feedback from customers who enjoy the food and appreciate the quick service, as well as a loyal customer base. On the other hand, weaknesses include complaints about reheated food, lack of seasoning, decline in food quality, negative attitudes from staff, and a potentially lower health rating. These weaknesses highlight areas that China Town Restaurant should address to improve the overall dining experience and potentially attract more customers.

Absolutely love this place. House Lo Mein, Sesame Chicken & Szechuan Chicken are my favorite ???? ???? Wǒ huì huílái ????????
Most food was reheated. The chicken wings were just whole wings fried. They were greasy and had no Chinese connection at all. My family stopped in while traveling. This is definitely not a place to come on purpose.
We spent $59.67and the food was nasty, no seasoning. Chicken wings were old, rice was plain yellow with only a few onions, no other veggies. We will never waste money here again. Even the kids would not eat it.
Have eaten here numerous times on the way home. Either needed a complete supper or just rice and egg drop soup to add to our supper. I've always had good food here. Orders are filled fairly quick and everything has appears to be fresh. They seem to be your standard Chinese restuarant, just a notch better. One thing that I guess needs to be said, is that upon my last visit, I noticed that the sc dhec rating sticker on the glass at the door showed a score "B". Not sure why, but I guess exec found something wrong. But again, good food.
My family loves this place. We eat here atleast once a month. We always enjoy their food and their customer service.
I use to love this place but my last order was awful. Old egg roll ,shrimp fried rice not the same and hot and spicy shrimp had to many onions and bell peppers and sweet.when I showed her the egg roll she got a bad attitude with me
The couple that run it are always nice and the food is ready quickly. Tastes great too! Always get the potstickers shrimp/lobster sauce.
China Town restaurant never let me down.
