Peter is absolutely the best nail tech I've ever been to see.. he was patient, attentive to detail, and extremely professional and even suggested what might look best on my nails. I have never had such an amazing experience at a nail salon before.. will be back!

This was my first time ever going here. I only asked for a removal and it was painful because the lady used fake nails to pry them off instead of acetone. I said “ow” quite a few times and she kept going. One of my nails is completely destroyed that I have to put a bandaid on it. Pretty place and nail art just not a pleasant experience. I understand that fake nails will ruin your natural nail, I just wish they would have used acetone to dissolve the acrylic so it wasn’t as painful and I would of had better results.

Luxx nails is the best. My mom and I nails are always on point. Anna takes care of my mom and has her nails looking lovely. Anna is the best. Henry has been doing my nails for years and does an outstanding job. If your looking to get your nails done and looks beautiful until your next fill in Luxx nails is the place to go to.

Luxx has been mine and my friends place to go to get our nails done for over a year now. We used to love them because they bragged about how they took people by appointments only to give their customers the best care possible. My friend and I have given them 3 last chances to see if it would get better, but they are awful now. Everytime we leave we are digging glue out from under our nails and filing our nails to make them even. What's even worse, God forbid you actually say something to them while they are doing your nails to get the issue fixed you are met with such a defensive behavior and so much attitude. They are just plain rude. We went to get champagne glitter nails today and there is so much red glitter left over from them not properly removing the red, even after I said something to my nail tech that they look terrible. They are splotchy with red glitter all underneath. They get up in the middle of your appointment to start working on another customer, which let's be honest everywhere is short staffed so I get it, but use your words to let your other paying customers now you'll be back. My fiancee bought me a $100 gift card for Christmas and it's so bad I won't even use the rest of the gift card. Please, if you want a day to pamper yourself, do not go here. You will leave disappointed at the way your nails look and spending the rest of the day properly filing, digging out glue and trying clean your nails up. My friend has had her two tips break off everytime within 2 days and her nail was so crooked on a tip.

Edited....their response is actually why you definitely shouldn't give them a penny. Their response is literally unprofessionalism at its finest. It made me laugh. Good luck with your business remaining open????????Thanks for the advice to find a new salon when I made that clear that's the plan and to try and warn others from you. Someone who pays for nail services has every right to be picky on the outcome of the look. Sit and watch people leave your building one day. Everyone walks out looking mad and digging at their nails.

Always a great experience. Great work. Quick and not alot of chatting. I like that I am there for a service and to relax. Pedicues they could rake more time, and allow some enjoyment there! I do suggest make an appointment

This place is great!! Got me right in!! I’ve been looking for a really good nail spa,, forever!! I found it!! They are clean, very friendly, absolutely got what I wanted,, Give them a try, you won’t regret it.
