Having been coming to you for years and ordering regularly, sometimes weekly you have just let me down with my dinner majorly, and rather than admit your mistake you blamed me and made me go without a dinner. I’ve just put £6.50 in the bin. I’ve ordered the same every time. I’ll will no longer be ordering from you.

Ordered food asked why have you only a 3 star rating told none of my business by a person who was behind counter I spend a lot of money on takeaway. Driver then treathend to beat me up so I left

We have been ordering from choices for about 2 years now. The food is lovely & we usually order 2-3 times a week, every week. How ever 2 nights ago we ordered our usual, house special extra chicken doner 3 pots of sauce potato’s & chicken wings. When it arrived a man working there called Charlie put 2 pots of the sauce all over our kebab. I don’t like chili sauce so hence the pots. We called to say it was wrong & was told next time we ordered it would be free as it wasn’t right this time. Charlie personally said to ask for him and he would sort it. So tonight we call up order our usual asked to speak to Charlie & he wouldn’t come to the phone or acknowledge the lady on the phone who was asking him the question instead he shouted out we should of rang the night it was wrong. We explained that we did call & he refused to speak to us. we were charged full price for our food today despite being told it would be free this time. Really poor customer service for a customer who spends at least £200 a month. We are so disappointed we wont be eating here again

Ordered two doner kebabs, one with garlic sauce one with salad, cheesy chips and a portion of chips.

Delivered on time but when opened we were greeted with a very sparse pot of salad, a pot of sauce, chips that were cold and two trays of odd looking meat with slimy bits in and floating in liquid.... no sign of any pitta bread. Phoned the takeaway and she said we had ordered Adana kebab not doner kebab! Have never even heard of an Adana kebab! Anyhow shop totally unhelpful so definitely will not recommend to anyone and will not order again and we have now had to order a pizza as the slop in the tray was inedible!

Working down here for the next 4 months, having driven down from Leeds was starving and just wanted some grub and sleep before hitting site early tomorrow, ordered a special chicken kebab from choices and then unfortunately fell asleep, the driver rang me twice and then got the guy at the desk to show him up so he could knock the door and gave me my kebab, I apologised and still half asleep went back into my room to savage the chicken, pitta and salad, minute later there’s another knock on the door, driver had realised he had forgotten my coke and bought it up, despite the fact I had no cash on me to tip him for all the hassle he was still cheerful and pleasant having done the stairs twice and had to mess around calling me. The kebab was bang on and exactly what I needed, I like a bit of grilled chicken and the combination of the food being good and the delivery drivers being excellent has ensured you will see me again no doubt! And I’m well aware I owe your driver a couple of quid for a pint! He’s an asset to your shop! All round quality job done!!! 5 stars and a very satisfied traveller looking forward to many more! Normally pretty good. Delivery time around 30 mi s on Friday evening. Knocked a star off as one order they didn't give me the coke I paid for and then didn't send it with my next weeks order after I asked for it . Started buying kebabs from their competition across the road for a couple of weeks after that. Was it worth losing 2x £15 orders, annoying a regular customer and getting a not great google review for the sake of giving me something I paid for? You stole my 80p , so hope it was. :)

Dropped a star as quoted 28 notes and normally tip them the rest.

On delivery when I was out, they told wife 30.50. She panicked and had to rifle through penny jar to make up rest.

Normally great food and service, although ignore the 30/45mins as usually an hour.

Cheesy chips 5* as are portions.
