The worst absolute costumer service. Their gel nail polish peeled right off my nail in just 3 days. They refused to make an appointment to fix their error but are “too” busy fix it. Please go to a different salon with more class.
I had Alicia she was quick with the nail refill and nail repair . She was great with making sure the colors came out as I like them . She took her time todo a nail for me and see how the colors looked . Then helped me pick out new colors so that I left happy. I totally recommend her to anyone as a nail Tech. Love my nails . Thank You Girl.

Vo is the best nail technician. He takes his time and really cares for your natural nail.
Smh..this place!!! They make you wait, unapologically. Then rush through your nails. The owner did my daughter's nails. She went somewhere else the next day to get them redone. They were messy and lumpy and clumpy. If you want your nails done nice, go somewhere else.
I have been going to CK nails for about a year now. I would get my refills every three weeks. I would always book my appointments with Tom. In the beginning, he would do a good job. I would just get a solid color. But the more I kept visiting and getting refills, the more he would make me feel like an inconvenience. He would huff and puff the whole time, and make me feel so uncomfortable. I was scared to ask for designs and scared to ask for longer lengths. He would pretty much do whatever with me, and I would only choose the solid color. I would always tip him nice too. But after feeling used for my money, and feeling uncomfortable for so long, I started being more of a Karen any time I would go in. Tom even refused to take me one time, after I specified to John that I wanted Tom to do my nails. So Vo ended up doing my nails. And out of all the technicians in that establishment, Vo is the best. So sweet, and he took his time, and actually made an effort to interact and make small talk. I got my normal refill three days ago, before thanksgiving, and Tom did my nails. He did not allow the gel to harden underneath the UV lamp for long, and applied additional coats of gel onto the wet under coat. Because of this, my nails chipped easier and one of them fell off. I was furious. I am furious. This place will never see another brown penny of mine. DO NOT GO HERE.
