I made 3 appointments for my boys. Priscilla fell extremely behind so the Barber in the very last chair to the right was so kind and took one of my boys. I wish I could remember his name because... He did an amazing job! Best cut I've seen yet! Also threw in a little brow shape up. My son was very happy leaving his chair. I was in Friday evening so I'm hoping he gets credit for this review. I'll update with his name soon. I highly recommend him..
Priscilla did an awful job on both of my son's! She was super rough. They both left with razor burn and soar heads. I'm really hoping I can leave pictures with this review. She told my oldest son.. you look nothing like your mom! Very awkward conversations and took a walk in 10 mins before our appointments making us an hour behind on 3 hair cuts. I actually had to send my 1st son back because it was really bad. Thank God my other son got into another chair. His cut was absolutely amazing! I'll be leaving him a 5 star.
Not a good experience at all, the haircut was not correct and while I can get over a bad cut, this one is really bad. Asked for a mid fade, asked for my head to not look like a cone or mushroom, ended up with a cone shape and come over on one side. Some clipper was used on my neck and now extremely irritated. I’m sure some may have good experiences at this barbershop, this was my first time trying this place and I did not. Needless to say I will not be returning. Now if you already have your barber here and you like the work they do then great, but if you’re looking for a new barbershop I would skip this place. Just my thought based on my experience today.

Very slow barbers. If someone asks if it is busy and you say no, they don’t expect to come in and see every employee occupied and then wait an hour (so far) at the front waiting to be taken as the NEXT customer. I was told I was the next walk-in and waited over an hour. During that time they finished 2 or maybe 3 customers. Ridiculous that you can cut someone’s hair for that long, are you just cutting 1/8 of an inch each cut? Doesn’t even matter if your cuts are good if you take an hour or more on average per cut.
Edit: left after waiting over an hour and no one took me or updated on how long it would be. Should’ve given you 1 star. Terrible service
I love this new barbershop! Love my new haircut. Great convenient Eastside location. Manny and his staff were very friendly and professional. Clean and family friendly. They even have a play area for kids.
So after moving here from Michigan I lost my barber and not being sure where to go I tried great clips. That was a big mistake. My hair was uneven and did not look good. I tried true cuts and Jaime has been the one who’s taken care of me. When I first came in, I explained what I wanted and how great clips did a poor job. Jaime did not slander great clips instead just assured me he would get me right. This guy really knows what he’s doing! Super chill guy and very professional. Jaime is my go to guy but honestly they all seem to know what they are doing in there. Atmosphere is super chill and laid back. All the staff are super friendly and just put off good vibes! Highly recommend this barber shop for those who are unsure where to go. Thanks again Jaime I’ll see you soon my guy!
Unfortunately I got a very poor haircut at this place, worst one ever actually. I was a walk in and the guy assigned to me didn't seem very experienced. I did however notice that some of the other stylists seemed proficient at their trade. Also, I was charged $5 more than the guy across from me. Maybe it was for the bad smelling stuff the stylist put in my hair that solidified it into a solid unit, in which case I got my moneys worth. Also a fair bit of cussing from some of the stylists which didn't offend me but struck me as being unprofessional. Maybe I was there on an off day. Hope they up their game as it seems like it can be a quality place.
