2. Reasonable pricing: Several customers have commented on the reasonable pricing at Claremont Nails place. The pedicure service, in particular, is mentioned as being reasonably priced. This can attract price-conscious customers who are looking for good value for their money.
3. Relaxing atmosphere: The owner of the salon is described as friendly, creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience for customers. This positive atmosphere enhances the overall salon experience.
4. Cleanliness: Cleanliness is mentioned as a must for customers, and Claremont Nails place is commended for its cleanliness. This can be a significant strength for attracting customers who prioritize hygiene and sanitation.
5. Attention to customer satisfaction: The nail technicians are noted for their commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. They are described as being accommodating and attentive to the customers' preferences, which contributes to a positive experience.
Weaknesses:
1. Inconsistent service: Customers have had varying experiences with different nail technicians. While some customers have had great experiences, others have highlighted issues with rough manicures, rushed polish application, and aggressive treatment during pedicures. This inconsistency in service quality can be a weakness for the salon.
2. Lack of appointment consistency: One customer mentioned that despite making appointments, the salon was surprised to see them. This suggests a possible issue with appointment management and can lead to customer dissatisfaction if their time is not respected.
3. Cash-only payment: While pricing is considered reasonable, the salon's cash-only policy can be inconvenient for customers who prefer to pay with cards or digital payment methods. In a time when many businesses are moving towards contactless payment, this can be a drawback for some customers.
4. Pushy sales tactics: One customer mentioned an uncomfortable experience with a nail technician who repeatedly pushed for additional services. Pushy sales tactics can create a negative experience for customers and may discourage them from returning to the salon.
5. Inconsistent color matching: One customer mentioned issues with color matching during their nail services. This indicates a lack of attention to detail and quality control when it comes to selecting and applying nail polish colors.
In conclusion, Claremont Nails place has several strengths, including skillful technicians, reasonable pricing, a relaxing atmosphere, cleanliness, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. However, there are weaknesses that should be addressed, such as inconsistency in service quality, appointment management, cash-only payment policy, pushy sales tactics, and color matching issues. By addressing these weaknesses and maintaining their strengths, Claremont Nails place can improve the overall customer experience and attract more loyal customers.

Helen is amazing! Have been going here for over a year and she always does a great job. She is fast, kind, and my nails hold up after 2.5 weeks!
Great service! The owner here is very friendly and I had a very relaxing time. I got a simple pedicure and the pricing was very reasonable. Cash only though! Just something to note since so many places aren't taking cash right now. The pedi comes with hot stone massage and I also got a scrub, which was soooo nice. Very cleanly too! Which is a must. My nails are kind of messed up from multiple surgeries removing the sides and yet they managed to make them look nice so I will definitely be back.
My friend called ahead to make appointments for us but when we showed up at the correct time, they were surprised to see us. Other than that, the workers seemed friendly enough. I got a set and a luxury pedicure. The pedicure was a little pricey but very nice and relaxing, and the lady was very careful with my feet.
The manicure on the other hand was a little rough, even a day later my fingers hurt. The polish looks a little rushed too. The look is still cute but you can see that the lines are wavy and the dots inconsistent.
Helen does a great job on my nails. Any length, or design. I love the gel colors. She's great with making sure you are happy. Such nice work! ????????????
It’s been a few months since I’ve gotten my pedicure done here. Not only was my nail technician very aggressive with my toes but even after a few months my toes still hurt. I never had any trouble with my toes before so I don’t know if it’s an ingrown nail or something else but the corners of my toes hurt on both of my big toes. I’m hoping it’s not an infection or anything cause my nail tech seemed like she just didn’t care. She dug her sharp tools into my skin and when I showed signs of discomfort or even flinched at the pain, she got annoyed at me and continued with the same amount of force. It’s a shame, I really liked going here cause of the hot rocks but I won’t be going back anymore cause they messed up my toenails.. if the pain continues, I’m going to have to go to the hospital to see if it really is an infection that I can’t see or if it grew to be an ingrown nail..
Nice staff and good craftsmanship. They took their time and paid close attention to detail. Everyone was very friendly, and I'm definitely going back :)
Great work. Good service overall, but be alert regarding the price. Make sure your charged whats on price list. I was overcharged a few bucks. I knew it, but felt awkward to say something so I let it go. But I will go again, and if that happens again I will say something. They do good work though.
Good most of the time but the older women don’t listen to what you want.
Update: last two times I got my nails done here the “true match” did not match at all. I had picked pale pink but on my hands it was a nude color and my toes were regular pink. The next time I picked a Barbie pink color and my hand nails looked good but my toe nails were straight up red. I will stop going here, the last time one of the women was extremely pushy for extra services, she asked me if I wanted gel on my feet 5 times.
