Took my son for a last minute haircut before school.
It was an older lady who was there who had poor people skills and work ethic.
First of all she spoke poorly of her other staff when she was asked if anyone else was working that day and also she wasn't very pleasant with my son who may be 9 years old but is has issues with certain thing like focusing and setting still. Saying things like
"My grandson is your age and if he can do it so can you." " If you can't do what you are supposed to do you will be put back in 3rd grade"
Besides her nasty attitude her skill of doing a simple hair cut on a child who sat better than I would have with an adult who acted poorly was nothing to be desired.
I had asked for a super short skin fade. Explaining we normally shave the entire back of his hair to the skin but wanted to try the fade.
I do not have a license to cut hair and have done it all summer and thought it'd be a treat to take him somewhere.
Needless to say I am ashamed to have waited last minute and taken him here because there was no openings anywhere else that I knew of.
We had a long discussion about this experience on the way home.
Lesson learned.
As you can see in the pictures we didn't get what we asked for but it was better than it was. We didn't notice how bad it really was until we got home 25 minutes away. Tried to call with no answer.

I was charged almost $200 for a Dutch braid that was falling out before we left, a braided bun, a half up hair style, and some curls on my 4 daughters. Their stylists were ok though. Especially the blonde girl that works in back and the dark haired girl. The older lady who did the braided bun and Dutch braid could've done better. Much better. You live and learn though. But what really upset me, is that I was the bride that day. My makeup line was below my hair line AND my hair fell out by time we got home, not to mention she didn't even do close to what I asked for and we literally live a few mins up the road.. I didn't get pictures, I know I should have. But, I was crying making calls hoping someone could help me fix it. Thank God for my photographer! I have plenty of eye witnesses on how bad it looked. I will not be recommending your makeup services to anyone. Honestly, I don't even know if I'd recommend anyone going for styles. What I wanted was not complicated. And I'm not a picky person even if it's not excact atleast make the hairstyle tight enough to stay in! I hope this is a lesson learned for everyone. I will never expect a hair stylist to know how to braid again, and I'll never trust a makeup artist again either. . Please, don't forget to blend !
I cant remember her name but it was the younger girl with shoulder length blonde hair that works here that cut my hair. All I got was long layers and angled to my face and I love love loved it. I will be going here from now on. Super satisfied!
I went there yesterday morning tonget a trim. There was one stylist already doing a lady's hair. I walked in and she didn't even ask me if she can help me. She looked up and continued doing the customers hair. And I walked a little closer to the counter and she looked up again and since we were making eye contact and she wasn't saying anything I decided to ask her...or tell her. I told her I was there for a trim. She said it would be an hour and a half. LIKE SERIOUSLY!?!? Get another stylist.
I’m from out of state, been here with my husband almost a year now, due to his job, I’ve always traveled back home every time I needed something done for my hair, I was nervous, but decided to give this place a shot and I’ve gotta give ALL the ladies at classy cut 5 stars, they not only did a awesome job on my hair, ( THANK YOU CINDY) but they made me feel so welcome,and being from out of state, that’s important to me!! I can’t say enough good things about the ladies here!, I’m a extremely happy with the job they did and I have no plans on going any where else!
I love this place! Cathy made me feel like a million bucks today! I highly recommend!
