Great service! I can't thank the stylist enough for giving me exactly what I was asking for. I wish more people would be understanding and patient with her for she is the only one to cut hair at the moment. Being short staffed and getting qualified applicants is not easy so simple. She doing what she can and doing it great! Thank you again!????
Like Courtney. Made an app 9/25 at 10:30. Waited til 10:45. Trisha told me she was going to give me a brush to comb out my hair. I told her it would break off & needed to be wet, then said I'd have to brush it myself cause it was matted. I have curly hair. She had a TERRIBLE attitude & I left. Never done that before, or had a stylist be so RUDE!!!
Took my daughter to get hair cut. Stylist did not cut her hair like the picture I provided. She cut a bunch of layers up the back that were choppy and not blended at all. Looks horrible with her straight, fine hair. Also sides were not even. I had to schedule another appointment at a different salon to get it fixed the best they could.
What a bunch of stuck up conceited woman who think they're better than everyone else. Turned me away from a haircut twice in two days. Unacceptable! Very rude too. I've been a loyal customer with Cost Cutters for over two decades. Never again!
I have been going to Kortney for years. She is the only one I trust to cut mine and my children's hair. She is amazing at what she does. Takes her time and really listens to what I want. This salon really has a great group of girls working there and is the place to go in Prairie Du Chien for all your hair needs!
My wife and I have been going to Kortney for over a year and we love her! Not only does she make you feel comfortable and pampered, she is a genuinely sweet lady that cares about her clients!
Always friendly. They got me in at the last minute before I left on vaca to Alaska,they are awesome I love going there!
It's hit and miss at this place. Might get a good haircut one time and not so good the next time. And hardly ever see the same people working there. And one time it's walk in only, then the next time they say I need an appointment. No consistency what so ever.
