I walked in the salon to a wonderful greeting by the owner. Angel did my nails and she had a lot of work to do. Apparently, my former nail tech was using acrylic and not dip. Angel did them perfectly, perfect thickness and shape. Impressed by the customer service to all customers. Looking forward to my next visit.
I will never return! My nails were being done for 3 hours! I went in to have the acrylic removed and have dip put on my nails. I asked David to please make sure they were not thick and to keep the same shape as they were. After two hours it look like a five-year-old did my nails he explain his wife would fix them for me. She then filled them down ruined the shape and apply to more layers of dip to my nails. At that point I asked her to remove the dip before she even put the top coat on. The shape was ruined, they were very tick and just looked terrible. She removed the dip and then told me to wash my hands then told me I could leave now! Didn’t even fine my nails even after wasting 3 hours of my time. David continued to apologize that I wasn’t happy with their work. Nice people but very bad quality!
I went to this shop to get a simple gel polish change on my nails. The tip of one of my nails had the acrylic lifting so I asked the nail tech doing my nails if it’s possible that she can fix it. She nodded her head and continued drilling off my gel polish. I had an almond shape to my nail. She drilled it to where that nail was coffin shaped. To did the same to the nail on the other hand then continued to file. I asked her was she going to add acrylic to the tip to make it back the same almond shape. She realized she misunderstood and I was then changed over to the male that runs the shop. He told me that he does the acrylic and everyone else does pedi, Mani & polish. He did not fix my nail but instead made them worse. I had to tell him to stop right in the middle of “fixing” it as he was not doing it correctly. He made pay $10 for the two nails THEY messed up before I left. Wouldn’t recommend
They are amazing very friendly! First they were very accommodating on such short notice! They were very thorough and gave me options on what they could do to fix my thick aweful nails I had. They did a fantastic job on my nails. I will absolutely be back! Highly recommend giving them a try! You will not be disappointed!
David is the best ! He has taken care of me since the time I have walked in. I had an issue with my nail and he even went above and beyond and made it look better than I could have imagined. Finally found my nail spot ! Thanks David you’re a gem !
This place is terrible! They don't have a price list. You have to use your phone to show them what you want. I got a full set done by David. I told him they weren't even he says it's just the way my nails grew ( he put the tips on& cut them unevenly). A little over a week later and I only have 3 nails left. I am so disappointed. I will never go back
David and his employees are great people and they are loved by all. Customers always happy. He does get busy.
Pedicure was ok - took an hour though. Full set was a disaster. Wanted to cut off my natural nails in order to glue on nail tips and I declined. I believe their reasoning was because they don't know how to attach tips to regular nails as shown in the attached photo. They also did not finish the sides of the nails appropriately. Finally, the technician put on too many layers of gel nail polish and the nail bed looks extremely thick. For the amount that I paid, this definitely was not worth it. I will not return.
