BEST place I have found in town. Fast, clean, and friendly. I've been twice now and love it. I have natural nails and use the powder dip. Today I did pedicure too and was super happy with both. They even include a shoulder massage with each service. Love it! Two color dip with skilled tech James.
Do not go here. Dip nails are flimsy and crack easily. Got this set done yesterday. Middle finger cracked this morning. I went back to get it fixed and the "repair" job is worse than if I just left it cracked!!! Horrible, all bumpy, crooked and jagged. Asked them to smooth it out and they said it was fine!
This is not the first time. Just thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt (I was also in a hurry and couldn't wait at my usual salon) but this salon is horrible every single time you go here.
I did stop the guy and ask questions about the dip since a base coat dip was never applied.. i was told he was a long time worker and was fine. I got a massage after and i swear it felt like he was aiming for my spine with his elbows. All down the center of my back is now sore.
I will never go here again. Horrible place.
They cut off my natural nails down to nothing. Burned my skin. Put on an acrylic set with ombré. Three days later they all cracked and I had to cut them off. I spent $95 on this service! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
My nails are pretty short so decided to get dip instead of a full set to allow my nails to grow without breaking.
It's been LESS THAN A WEEK and three nails have came off my right hand and two off my left.
They've been done so sloppy, theyre bumpy,horrible shape and not grinded down at the cuticles so when they grow out (if they'd even lasted that long) there'll be a huge gap.
This is the 2nd time this has happened, requested my money back as it's been the 2nd time and they refused a refund!!!
This was the second visit. Kids got me a gift certificate forChristmas. First time I went just got a mani as I don’t do fake nails or gel. The guy did NOTHING with my cuticles which were horrible because I never get manicures. I was at the drying station in about 8 minutes. I had $60 left on GC so had to go back. Had a girl this time and did mani and pedi. Pedi took about 10 minutes. I ASKED her to do my cuticles on mani and she did one snip per nail and barely any top coat. Less than 24 hrs later they are already chipping and my cuticles … the picture tells it all. Have $5 left on GC but will NOT go back
Horrible. Within 10 min of leaving I had a chip in my polish. The tech Cindy seemed rushed. She burned me with the dremel numerous times. The dip powder was careless and thick. My gel polish (it’s now 5 hours post service) is chipping and cracking on 4 nails. The gel and dip don’t go to nails edge and is poorly filed. There was gunky glue Chunks under and around my nails and skin. The gel polish AND dip literally cracked off my pinky already! My daughter got a poor experience too. She wanted a simple hand painted heart design. Just a heart. It looked like a Pac-Man ghost and her polish didn’t go to the edges either. This is NOT my usual place. I will not be returning. I recommend you don’t either! Photo of my lousy $60 nails!
Went with my best friend and her mom and got the rose spa pedicure + 10 minute massage package for $65. They asked if we wanted to do gel polish or regular and we said gel and they charged us an extra $20 for gel. So $65 went to $85. So if you get a pedicure don’t get gel polish. If you want gel go somewhere else, there are other salons that offer pedicures with gel polish for less price and better experiences.
My cousin and I went yesterday, they usually do a good job we usually have no problems. I don’t know if they were rushing or what but we were only there for 30 minutes and they did my acrylic set and her gel manicure. They cut her finger multiple times, my acrylic set is so thick and the nails are all crooked I can’t even use my fingers for anything. All of my nails are different lengths and shapes. Not very happy this time.
