Horrible place, I caught my hair stylist and her coworker laughing at my bald spot. I confronted her, and she told me that they were laughing at a coworker. And that her coworker (make) is suffering from hair loss as well. That made me feel worse, because they were actually laughing at me. Horrible place, horrible service, horrible people. That’s not the way to treat your customers. Don’t got there!!!!!
I told them I wanted a certain hair cut and they ended up chopping all my hair off. My hair length was passing my shoulders and now it’s up to my ears. They cut all my hair off. They don’t know how to cut hair. Do not come here because they aren’t experienced.
Cannot understand English at all. Told me to come in to get my hair curled and drive 30 minutes due to them telling me to come. When I arrived, they informed me the lady that curls the hair isn’t even there and I would need to come back another day. Also if you speak English they just hang up the call on you.
They said we have to make an appointment, you get there and they take the person that didn’t make an appointment. That’s not professional and fair at all. I’m really thinking on looking for another place with better service. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Love it! I was going to a place near my house and went to Paola once and I'm hooked. The stylist will listen and take excellent care of you. I always look forward to going.
