I recently visited this nail shop “Princess Nails” in hopes of treating myself to a birthday gift. However, my experience was marred by the horrible customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a cold and unwelcoming attitude from the staff. And then another woman, who’s gaslighting me into service I did not ask for.
To make matters worse, the technician who was supposed to complete the job was unprofessional and failed to deliver. I told her the acyrclic nail was cut too short, that it’s literally shorter than my real nails. She then gets mad proceeds you try and yank the glued in acrylic nail and I then tell her “you know what, I’ll just leave.” She gaslights me, pretends to act friendly, but the damage was done. She was rude from the start, just playing up a persona of an actual caring nail tech. No wonder I saw Barley anyone inside! Save yourself the trouble do NOT come to your his mail shop. She will not do what you ask, make snarky remarks and gas light you.
My nails are a work of art! I love them. Everyone who works here is so sweet and my friend and I had such a great experience. We both have received a lot of compliments
I had a appointment scheduled and would have been first time going when I arrived 20 minutes early I found a spot out front. So I decided I didnt want to go in too early and was going to wait 15 minutes or so. Im unsure if this lady is the owner or worker but she started staring me down while I was sitting in my car. I heard some of what she was saying before I rolled the window up asking "why do I park in the front" and mumbled the "b word" and I decided to not go to my appointment or call to cancel. Another day I went to another business in same shopping center and the vehicle the lady got out of last time was there in same spot I was parked in . Im unsure if parking is a issue but yelling and cursing isnt very professional.
This place is amazing! One of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to! I was traveling and in town for a few months and honey they know what they are doing! My nails whether acrylic or dip powder always last! Highly recommend! Thank you!
I always come here when I'm in Santa Rosa... Amy and Kim and Tiffany are all wonderful. My nails look beautiful and they always fit me into any schedule.
They did an awful job and hurt me whilst trying to rush through. If they didn't have available time why book me in? So expensive! They charged me 30 dollars for a manicure for my 10 yr old after pushing her to get one. AND it looked horrible!
It was my first time there and I did not love it
They did not clean my cuticle. And the color wasn't the one I want it ????
They look nice but they can do better. I pay $100 for a rush and not well done ????
