Terrible customer service. The staff is very rude! I told the technician that my nails are being filed crookedly and she told me to relax. And continued to do a poor job!
After cleaning up my cuticles, Nail Tech Lisa said that before she can proceed to paint my nails I needed to pay first. That makes no sense. You need to pay before getting the service done? I should’ve seen that as a bad sign!
Also they charge you extra for keeping the nail length long. Why? You’re doing less work by cutting and filing less and you’re making me pay more? That makes no sense.
They definitely rush to finish your nails and as you can see as soon as I left the salon my nails are already ruined. Also they cut your skin when cutting the cuticles. That burns when you put alcohol or nail polish on them. They were not gentle at all.
Instead of listening to the customer they scream at you just to get more money. Will never return.
One of my best experiences ever! They had already changed the OWNERSHIP from May. Amy and Jo they are skilled nail technicians. Very worthwhile service, great enjoyment and joy. Thank you and definitely be back
I’ve come here for a few years now, but I will NEVER be coming back. The quality of work has been going downhill for quite awhile. Today (just around 30 minutes ago) I got a full set Gel and it turned out terrible. As you can see in the pictures attached, there are clumps on my nail, they are misshapen, and overall terrible quality. The guy who did my nails was rude the entire time, didn’t even let my nails stay in the gel thing until it turned off, and was standing at the end doing my nails as if I was taking too long. He was rushing me along the entire time. Overall terrible work and customer service. Will never be returning.
I gave this a second try, after new owners took over. HUGE IMPROVEMENT!It seems like this crew understands appointments and taking people on time, not being overlooked for walk ins, as in the past. The tech, Sandy, is amazing, and does a great job. My nails always look just how I want them to, and she does a careful manicure even it they are swamped. It's clean and pleasant. I'd recommend it to anyone.
This is the prettiest nail I’ve ever have! Though I only have short nail, Tran Nails helped me pick color and nail shape suitable for me, and the nail looks perfect! Would definitely come again!
