So this place unprofessional, low quality. Let me start so I had dip on when removing they had me soak my hands in a bucket of acetone. Once I was done taping, the gentleman put back the acetone that I was using inside the gallon with the new acetone the whole time he was hitting on me very uncomfortable, it’s been a day and my gel manicure has fallen off my nails chipped he did not kill my cuticles or anything I would not recommend this place.
They were ok at first but, unfortunately, after my last visit I won’t be coming back. I walked in about 2 HOURS before closing for a pedicure and refill and the owner asked one of the techs to do my pedicure and another for the refill. The two techs started arguing in front of me because the lady didn’t want to do the refill… it was so awkward and not the first time employees bicker in front of me or clients in general. It’s extremely unprofessional ???? the nails were just OK. Not worth it LOL
I specifically called to make sure they offered the uv gel for nails, not the nail polish but actual gel and she said yes not knowing what it was then proceeded to put dip powder on top of my UV gel. Cutting my cuticles and my nails look the same shape as my bulldogs now. Not cute, never again.
Really disappointing. I went the first time to do an acrylic set and they were great. Today I came with my mom all the way from Delray because I was convinced they will do it the best and it was literally the worst experience I ever had at a nail salon. I specifically showed a girl a pic of an acrylic set I did at another place and told her not to do it like that and she did it exactly how I told her not to. Then I had the WORST pedicure of my LIFE! literally turned on the water and I didn’t even dip my feet in and he started working. I swear the entire thing took like 5 mins for 32 frikin dollars. My toenails came out look so horrible too. Never had such an awful nail experience and I’ve been doing my nails for years.

Wish I could give this place zero stars, nely or whatever her name is…SUPER RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL she doesn’t know how to shape nails and told me that the other hand will be longer because the left hand has old acrylic….I told her hey if you have to make the other hand shorter to match do w.e you have to do just please make them the same. She gets agitated and starts talking in her language. My son drops his toy and starts to cry and a gentleman that worked there tries to pick it up and she angrily says NO DONT PICK IT UP LET HER MOM DO IT. Do not go here they will mess your pretty hands up. Save the money and trouble
IF YOUR VISITING AND “OF A DIFFERENT RACE” PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE WASTE OF TIME COMING HERE. CAME IN FOR 3 PEDICURES AND WAS TOLD A 20 MINUTE WAIT. WHILE WAITING 2 OTHER WOMEN CAME IN AND WERE PLACED INFRONT OF ME AND MY FRIENDS. AT THIS POINT I HAD BEEN THERE FOR 40 mins AND WAS THAN TOLD ITLL BE ANOTHER HOUR. OF COURSE I DECLINED TO BE SERVICED HERE AFTER ALL THIS!
Mi hija y yo fuimos Hayer a ella le tocó el sillón 7 (cubana)se hizo pies y manos y la que la atendió le cortó los dos dedos gordos del pie y dos en las manos no puede hacer nada le duelen los pies y sus manos le arden muchísimo
A mi me tocó el sillón 6 súper cariñoso el Chino
Y después quise hacerme las cejas y la misma del sillón 7 me recomendó a una señora de pelo rojo largo que tenía una trenza (cubana)tengo quemaduras no se porque las cubanas dan tan mal servicio

Además súper caro a mi hija le cobraron 50 dólares fue pintura regular y a mi 70 dólares
No lo recomiendo para nada
