Very pleased with my visit today! I was a walk in and they took me in right away! They did an amazing job!
Went to do a pedicure with Peter and he was very kind. He took his time cutting my toe nails and cleaning them, however he did cut my toe a little, so it was burning when it was touched by alcohol, but he was still very nice.
His wife on the other hand, Jessica, was rushing when doing my mom’s pedicure. She also rushes when doing your nails and she takes out your fake nails very painfully. Please be aware that she can be a bit rude, but shout out to Peter !!
First experience with Cindy and Peter was fabulous.
The second time we went back, we had different nail technicians, and it was horrible. My daughter was doing a dip for her nails and this lady clearly didn't know what she was doing. It took over 2 hours! And it mangled for cuticles.
I've been coming to Cordova Nails for almost 4 years now. I always schedule an appointment and almost always have the same person, of which, I will not mention names. This last visit was very embarrassing and they've lost my upmost respect. After a full set was done and paid for, I then asked for her to break a $20 to give her a $15 dollar tip. She takes the $20 and then kept grabbing my change, then makes a scene and very loudly tells me, "I need to go back to school." Then says, "I don't know math. I was totally dumbfounded. She was so in the wrong and made a scene like I was ripping her off or something. I know we all have bad days but this was over the top!
They rip you off! Tell you one price over the phone and try to charge you more while inside. They’re not professional and customer service is the worst. I live 3 minutes from them but will drive up to an hour just to not go there.
5 star it was my first time going to Cordova nails. Not only was the staff nice but patient with me as well. My brother had just got killed and I wanted to do my nails to rep him before I traveled home. It was hard I kept changing the colors of nail but the tech was so patient

Service was great, but they couldn't do a simple design and my nails look like they were done by a 5 year old.
I went to this place on my birthday!!!!! Took them 3 hours to do my nails and feet and they came out horrible!!! Paint lines didn't do the cuticles. Parts of my toe nails were not even painted. I could tell the lady who did them was rushing but I but I trusted that she would do a good job because i had been there before. Will never go back to this place. But she made sure she got my tip. Plus one was coming off within a week... zero stars.
