I always go to get my eyebrows and they are excellent at everything. I recommend this place
I have never had such a bad experience at a nail shop before, until today! They are not professional and very rude. I would not ever give them my business again. If you’re willing to Walt and get Passed Around due to you not getting as much service as others, then this would be the place for you. I waited three hours to get one nail repaired. I was in disbelief as I watched each person shake their head no. Unfortunately, I had an event to attend and didn’t have enough time to go anywhere else. I didn’t even realize that three hours had passed. I’m disappointed not only in myself but also because I allowed myself to be treated this way. Moving forward, I will do better!
Definitely the worst I have been in the last 15 years.
First of all it was Filthy, all the pedicure chairs looks extremely old and the leather was ripping off. And I was there at 10:30am so probably one of the first costumer. It look like it hasn't been cleaned for years.
The guy that did my nail was very uncommonitive, unpleasant and defiantly no gentle or nice.
I ask for gel powder and he applied acrylic and lied that it is clear gel powder.
First and last time for me for sure!
The customer service is awful and it makes no sense at all. I use to be a regular customer but the problem with why I stop going here is because of the staff of employees that they have and rudeness for absolutely no reason. Not the first time I have had a problem with needing my nails or feet done. The upsetting thing about it is when I needed my nails done and forgot my debt card in the car I asked a guy if he had any other customers and his response was “No”. I told him ok let me grab my wallet out my car and I’ll be right back! His response was ok. Not even 2 minutes I come back into the salon and realize someone else is in his chair. So I said “really, you just told me I was next and not even 2 minutes you take someone else how rude”. He ignored me and then I said is the way you guys treat customers? His response was to wait, or go to someone else. So I asked another lady who was at the front desk is the way you all treat your guest. She stared at me and said “Have a seat give him 20-25 minutes”. Like what..? The absolute worst place ever! This is not okay and it shouldn’t even be a place of business if this is how they treat people!
Fast forward to me asking to get my toe nail fixed because the side of my right toe nail had chipped and I just needed a gel polish or something and the white line to match my French tip like my other toes. This is after the first incident. Here it is I waited and there’s two guys sitting around playing games or watching videos on their phones and I asked again if anyone of the men do pedicures to the lady working the front desk. Her response was yeah the guy said $25 to fix my toe with gel polish! Mind you no one said anything after me signing my name in and letting the lady know what I needed when I first walked in I was just sitting there waiting.. So my response to her was “Well when was you going to tell me this I waited 15-20 minutes on someone just so you can tell me what he said… $25 for what I just need gel polish and the white line that’s all.” Her and the guy went to speaking Chinese or whatever language and getting loud with one another. Before leaving I told them it’s ridiculous how y’all treat people who come as a regular customer I could only imagine how y’all treat a new customer! This isn’t a place of business because y’all are unprofessional and a place of business isn’t trashy and disrespectful to customers!

Only took 30 maybe 40 min for my hands n feet. No rush just fast. Very nice and welcoming.
If you want a cheap job this is the place to go.. all of their polish seems to be the last of it and will chip the next day .. no one seems to speaks English and not inviting at all . I’ve tried to give them multiple chances and they failed me for the last time.. I tried to go back to get my nail fixed and the person there said everyone left and leaves when they want and they closed in another hour SMH
I went into this nail salon today only to get a pedicure. A women assisted me with my nails. You can tell that she was rushing on my nails because she didn’t file or drill the acrylic correctly. Then she sat me down to start the pedicure and I explained to her that my nails were not leveled. She got upset and told me to just leave I asked for a manager twice and no one said anything or even tried to assist me. I felt like no one cared just rude and very unprofessional I would never ever spend a dime with them again.
