Weaknesses:
1. Inconsistent customer service: Multiple customers expressed dissatisfaction with the customer service they received from the barbers at Metro Barbershop. They reported instances of rudeness, bad communication, and unprofessional behavior. This suggests a lack of consistency in how customers are treated and their needs are addressed.
2. Poor communication: Some customers complained about miscommunication regarding their haircuts. One customer mentioned that they asked for a trim and ended up with a buzz cut. Another customer was misinformed about the barbershop's closing time, causing inconvenience and wasted time. These incidents highlight a lack of clear communication between the barbers and customers, leading to unsatisfactory results and frustration.
3. Unprofessional behavior: Multiple customers encountered unprofessional behavior from the barbers at Metro Barbershop. This included making jokes about personal issues, hiding licenses when asked, and falsely accusing customers of assault. Such behavior not only creates a negative customer experience but also reflects poorly on the professionalism and integrity of the barbershop.
4. Inability to handle children's haircuts: One customer specifically mentioned a negative experience with Metro Barbershop's inability to provide a suitable haircut for their child. The customer felt misled and frustrated by the barbers' refusal to handle children's haircuts, despite the barbershop claiming to specialize in them. This suggests a lack of consistency and competence in handling the specific needs of customers requiring children's haircuts.
Overall, while Metro Barbershop has strengths such as quick service and good results, it also suffers from weaknesses in customer service, communication, professionalism, and competence in handling children's haircuts. These weaknesses can significantly impact the overall customer experience and reputation of the barbershop.

Levi & Jose intentionally skip my son twice. They had a one of the worst customer service on the phone and in person. This was Sunday the 29th of 2023! If you like people being extremely rude to you and doing whatever they like. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
Walk-in was quick, very satisfied & I would definitely go back for my boy’s haircuts. Thank you very much Levi.
This WAS a good spot to get a fresh cut. Place use to be jam packed and now it’s dead. Just came to get a cut and asked the lady to cut HALF of my hair instead she trims it until I look like I have a buzz cut! Not coming back to this place. No wonder why it’s dead. Bad service and bad communication before cutting the hair or making decisions.
Levi was very nice and explained the process to me (someone who never gets haircuts). Very good service. Definitely recommend
I called at 6pm to see if they were still accepting customers, the guy that answered said that he'll put my name down and give me a haircut if I made it by 6:30. So I drove all the way over from the west side, making it by 6:18 walking through the doors only to be told "we stopped accepting customers at 5:45, sorry better luck next time"
Both of the guys MIKE and CLAYBORN were very unprofessional. I took my son to get a haircut and when it was our turn CLAYBORN started joking to the other guy that his back hurt and that his clippers died, and they don't have the same charger. And he left his clipper charger at home. Like really? You are a barber and your "forgot" your clipper charger at home? Both laughing like I wasn't sitting there listening. He then sat down like there wasn't two other customers behind us.. He knew he was the one who would cut my sons hair. I'm thinking ok he doesn't want to cut his hair. And instead of telling me he can't cut a child's hair for whatever reason he thought it was cute to joke with his coworker. The business card clearly states specializing in children's haircuts. Maybe take that off? I wasted about 40 minutes here. When I asked for manager Mike stated he was the manager and he owned the place so I asked for the corporate number he said he didn't have it. When we asked for their license they both HID their license papers which were hanging on the wall. They literally snatched it off the wall and put it in their pockets. When we confronted them about the situation they said we "assaulted" them and that we "threatened" them. ALL THEY NEEDED TO SAY WAS I DONT DO CHILDRENS HAIRCUTS. Thats it. Instead they wanted to make backhanded jokes in front. Maybe ill send the guy some money so he can get his back checked. Won't return.
Went in to get my 4 year olds hair cut, took a number and waited 45 min just to be told by a cranky older barber he doesn’t deal with kids and I’d have to wait for a younger person, fine I can deal with that. Then I was approached by a younger barber who told me they won’t and can not cut my kids hair because they don’t use scissors and only clippers.... as I watched an older barber use scissors and clippers! He was super well behaved when you guys sent me away somewhere else. I would have been fine if you guys were upfront and honest with me. But to make me wait 45 min just to turn me away was absolutely ridiculous.
Sometimes the wait is long, but what else can you expect from a place that gives great hair cuts?
Ive never seen a person leave unsatisfied and i know every time i stop in I’ll leave with what I want as well! ????????
