Quick Facts About Lexington Nails

Lexington Nails place has several strengths based on the comments provided. Firstly, customers appreciate the safety measures implemented by the salon, such as the requirement to wear masks and wash hands upon entry. This shows that the salon prioritizes the health and well-being of its customers. Additionally, the salon is commended for its beautiful work, which suggests that the technicians are skilled and provide high-quality nail services.
The salon also has flexible hours and fair pricing, according to one customer. This demonstrates that they value customer convenience and offer competitive prices in the market. The fact that no appointment is necessary is another advantage, as it allows customers to walk in and receive prompt service without having to plan in advance.
The salon is also praised for its kind and caring staff, who provide excellent customer service and inform customers about wait times. This indicates that the salon prioritizes customer satisfaction and creates a welcoming atmosphere. The positive comments about the staff suggest that they are diligent and attentive to customers' needs.
However, there are also some weaknesses that can be inferred from the comments. One customer mentions that the owner was rude and did not offer any assistance when asked about masks. This indicates a lack of professionalism and customer service skills from the owner. The customer also suggests that the salon should consider providing masks for purchase to accommodate customers who may not have one. This implies that the salon lacks proactive measures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Another customer had a negative experience related to overcharging. They claim to have been charged extra for designs they did not receive and had their concerns dismissed when brought to the salon's attention. This suggests a lack of transparency and accountability regarding pricing and a disregard for customer complaints. This experience may deter customers from returning and indicate a weakness in the salon's management.
Moreover, one customer expresses dissatisfaction with the quality of the acrylic gel nails they received on multiple occasions. The customer points out issues such as bubbles, inconsistent shaping, thick application, and smudges. This indicates a lack of attention to detail and quality control in the salon's work. Additionally, the customer's experience of false information about the matte color raises concerns about miscommunication and lack of knowledge among the salon's staff.
In conclusion, Lexington Nails place has a strong reputation for safety measures, beautiful work, flexible hours, fair pricing, and kind staff. However, weaknesses include rude owners, overcharging, inconsistent quality of acrylic gel nails, and miscommunication regarding nail services. These weaknesses should be addressed by the salon to improve customer satisfaction and ensure a positive overall experience.

Always amazing! I love that you are required to wear a mask and wash your hands when you first go in. I feel safe and comfortable there. Beautiful work!
I love coming here for gel manicures and regular pedicures. I appreciate their hours and the pricing is fair. Definitely recommend checking them out! Unsure if they do nail art though.
First time visiting this place and I can honestly say I am so impressed. I don’t typically get acrylics because I have always been left disappointed- however after visiting, this will be the place I go to from here on out. The man took his time to make sure the shape and length were what I wanted, which I appreciated. Will be going back in a few days so hopefully this review holds up well!
Have always had great service. They let you know how long the wait will be. Kind and caring in supporting the community .
Wonderful job. No appointment necessary. Very kind people.
Owner is rude. Didn’t even say hello. Barked “ you need a mask!” When I pilot asked if they had any, he just said no and went back to talking with other worker. Place was empty and I can see why. If you’re going to ask people to wear masks, maybe you should buy a box and at least offer to sell to potential customers if they don’t have one. I will not be back.
Visited this location on November 29th Got a full set of white tips I was charged $45 I tipped her $5 so a total of $50 taken off my card. I revisited on December 13th I had 2 broken nails I got them filled in build in and I also got a snowflake design I was charged $50 I gave her a $10 tip So a total of 60 was taking off my card. On December 22nd I had all my old nails taken off I had a new set put on And I had the lady paint my tip's white with nail Polish so I could switch out my nail Polish later on I was charged $75 for that visit. I should not have been charged $10 for design Nor the extra $5 so a total of $15I was overcharged on my visits once I looked back for everything It's a very next day I went into the store to ask them to explain what had happene The man Got extremely upset and said I was charged for taxes and I was charged for design I didn't get a design I had my nails painted. We are all human we all make mistakes but to be treated the way I was treated when I brought it to their attention that a mistake was made they got extremely upset especially the man that was there and did not want to hear anything I had to say and for that reason I will no longer visit this location
This experience has influenced me to stop buying nails and buy more shoes ????
I've gone to them multiple times and have been more disappointed than happy with their work. They are very quick and friendly, and their place is always clean. However, I've had many sets of acrylic gel nails with bubbles, inconsistent shaping, thick applications, and smudges. I once called ahead because I wanted to do a matte color. I asked if it was complete matte or if it was still a little shiny, and they said it was completely matte. It was not. I left that place and have only gone back to get the acrylic removed, which they have never cut or hurt me with that process. If you're doing a treat yourself, they are fine; but if you are getting your nails done for engagement pictures like I did, then I would be cautious.
