Quick Facts About Fantah African Hair Braiding
Fantah African Hair Braiding place has received a mix of positive and negative comments from customers. In order to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the salon, it is important to analyze the feedback provided.
Starting with the strengths, one customer mentioned that the lady who braided their daughter's hair did a great job. They specifically praised the speed and professionalism of the stylist. This positive feedback indicates that the salon has skilled stylists who can provide satisfactory results. Additionally, another customer mentioned that they had a good experience during their first visit, noting that the place was clean and the women who worked there were professionals. This suggests that the salon maintains a clean and professional environment, which can make customers feel comfortable and confident in the services provided.
Another strength mentioned by a customer is the salon's responsiveness to appointments. They stated that they could easily get their hair done without any problems by simply calling ahead. This indicates that the salon is accessible and accommodating to customers' needs, which is a positive attribute for a hair braiding business.
On the other hand, there are several weaknesses highlighted in the comments. One customer expressed their dissatisfaction, stating that the owner herself cannot braid and they are in need of more skilled stylists. This raises concerns about the expertise and qualifications of the staff at the salon, suggesting that the quality of service may be inconsistent.
Another customer complained about receiving a different hairstyle than what they requested and mentioned that the braids started coming out after just a few days. This indicates that there may be a lack of attention to detail and quality control in the salon, leading to unsatisfactory results for customers.
Furthermore, one customer mentioned that they paid a significant amount of money for knotless braids, but their hair was not done correctly. The customer also expressed sympathy for the stylist, who was pregnant, which suggests that the salon may struggle with providing consistent quality service due to potential staff constraints.
Additionally, a customer described a highly unprofessional experience. They witnessed an argument among the staff, and their six-year-old daughter ended up with a needle and thread hanging from her head. This not only indicates a lack of professionalism within the salon but also raises concerns about the safety and well-being of customers, especially children. Another customer mentioned a rushed job, with inconsistent braids in terms of size and length, which further adds to the perception of poor quality and attention to detail.
In summary, Fantah African Hair Braiding place has both strengths and weaknesses based on the comments provided. The salon receives praise for the skill and professionalism of some stylists, as well as its cleanliness and accessibility for appointments. However, there are concerns about the overall expertise and consistency of the staff, as well as issues of unsatisfactory results and unprofessional behavior. It is important for potential customers to consider these factors when deciding whether to visit this salon.

Worst experience ever, my fault for putting my faith in a empty shop. The owner her self cant braid and they need stylists badddd. ????????♀️
Don’t go here I asked for one thing and I got another thing they play in your hair…and the thing she gave came out in my head days later
The lady who braided my daughters hair did a great job! She was fast and professional. The only hair braiding salon I will go to.
I went last month to get knotless braids and they came out so nice. But today I went back to get new ones and she did not know how to do knotless braids and she made them really stiff and they are not laying down right how I wanted them and they feel super heavy compared to the first time I got them done. I paid $170 for her not to do my hair correctly, how I wanted I’m super mad but I didn’t say much because the lady works hard and she’s pregnant.
There great if I call I can get hair done with no problem
My first time coming the place is clean the women who works there are professionals
My six-year-old daughter got her hair done by Fanta she was pushing her head very hard my daughter said as a argument had broke out Between other staff and Fanta. when I looked up at my child she had the needle and thread hanging from her head with no worker near her. This was a horrible experience. I paid $90 and both my girls hair is coming out the braids in just one day later. As the wait was going on my son was sitting with me as a Teenage girl went to start filling all over my 5 year old son when I said something fanta than said sorry the girl is special. I feel if that’s the case she should not have been there in the work place she should have been with a sitter. Never again very Unprofessional.
This is the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had I got my hair done yesterday and they did a rush job . The front braids were bigger than the back. The front was longer than the back. I don’t recommend this shop at all. Don’t waste your money.
