Weaknesses:
1. High prices: Multiple comments mention the high prices charged by the salon. Customers feel that the prices are ridiculous and not justified by the quality of service provided. This could deter potential customers who are looking for more affordable options.
2. Inconsistent quality of service: Several comments mention instances where the service provided did not meet expectations. Complaints range from nails not looking like the picture shown to rhinestones falling off quickly and poor quality nails with bumps. Inconsistency in the quality of service can lead to customer dissatisfaction and a loss of trust.
3. Lack of attention to detail: Customers highlight instances where the staff did not pay attention to their specific requests or did not take care when handling their nails. Examples include unevenly done toes, improper placement of rhinestones, and a lack of care causing a customer's finger to become swollen and inflamed. These incidents indicate a lack of attention to detail and a potential disregard for customer comfort and safety.
4. Inefficient and rushed service: In one comment, a customer mentions feeling rushed during their visit. The owner prioritized working on another customer who arrived later, resulting in a rushed and incomplete manicure. This suggests a lack of professionalism and attention to individual customers' needs.
5. Communication issues and potential language barrier: One customer mentions feeling that the staff was talking about them in their language, which made them uncomfortable. This highlights a potential communication issue and a lack of inclusivity.
In conclusion, Divine Nails & Spa has strengths in terms of friendly staff, positive experiences for large groups, and a beautiful environment. However, there are significant weaknesses including high prices, inconsistent quality of service, lack of attention to detail, inefficient and rushed service, and potential communication issues. Addressing these weaknesses is crucial for the salon to improve customer satisfaction and retain a loyal customer base.

Prices are extremely ridiculous, I usually go and would request service from one specific person but today his wife worked with me. Let’s just start off with I was charged $10 for the removal of the acrylic on my two big toes, work they did keep in mind and I was not told till I went to pay. Then mid service I was very specific about my toe length, I told his wife about 3 times and she still went out of her way and did it to her satisfaction. My toes were uneven and the work was really messy for the price I paid. She left my two big toes unaligned, it looks horrible. $55 for gel toes ? Save your money gals
They don't turn the A/C on, they try and charge people 10.00 PER toe for gel polish. Also they charge 27.00 for a message pedicure, but they have removed the remotes for the message chair. Also someone who isn't even qualified to work on nails did my mother's feet. If I was there I would have left and gone to Bakersfield.
I went to get my nails done. Looked nothing like the picture I showed them. Rhinestones fell in less than a day. Went the next day they fixed it but didn’t properly place it and fell once again 2 days later. I am a righty would expect most of my rhinestone to fall off my right hand not left hand. Went back to get it fixed and was told to go the next day because ‘they didn’t have the rhinestone’ when they didn’t bother checking. Paid $78 for poor quality nails that began to gain bumps within a day.
Amazing place always treating customers like family. Today we went with Wasco girl scout troop 2634 and they did an amazing job. All girls and mom's were treated like queens. Sammy is the best ever. My daughter said " when we come only Sammy can do my Nail's!
Transitioned from Bliss nails to here. First two visits were great , 3rd visit was horrible. A different man handled my nails. I naturally have thick nails and stressed this so he wouldn't sand them too thin. While sanding down my nails i had to tell him to stop as I was feeling the burn, aside from that he never smoothed down the nail so they were bumpy even after the nail polish was put, insisting the final coat would fix which it didnt. I now sit here with no nails as i had to remove them from how thin he sanded my natural nail causing them to hurt. Im having to wait now so that my nails can regrow. From my understanding the first gentleman from my first 2 visits went to Bakersfield. Now I'm afraid to ever go back which sucks because the 1st guy was great.
Love how they do nails???? very nice and the scenery is beautiful
Woke up with a swollen inflamed pinky.. the older man there doesn’t handle your nails with care & isn’t gentle… he kept pulling and twisting my finger in all directions while trying to clean my nail causing me to have it be wrapped up this morning. It feels sprained..wouldn’t recommend.
Horrible service! I went in for a manicure and gel polish and they told me to have a seat and once the man (owner) finished he started working on another lady that entered way after me. I told him I had to leave and he rushed to do my nails. Didn’t let them dry right. He said opi is faster to dry I completely understand but consistency is everything. He put one hand in for one minute and then other for 20 sec. Then at the end he left to the lady he had started and skipped me said put each and in twice then you are done . So I did as told and I was only able to put in one hand twice the other hand once a lady (worker) said it’s dry it’s dry very rude. I could tell they were talking about me in there language. So I paid and left will never be back I have been there a few times but you have now lost a customers including myself and family members. I work in customer service and my main priority our my clients!!!!
