I hate this place they rushed to do my nails and they are ugly now then he didnt give me what i wanted he told me it was ugly and proceeded to do what he wanted to do then charged me $90 for them and not to mention he cut me and my thumb nails are not even the same length i would not recommend.
Update: I tried again because I was in a rush got a pedicure it was very rushed, the lady kept side eying me with the nastiest attitude. They’re unsanitary, the don’t clean their products and the place smelled like FEET. I will be calling the board of health on this establishment. I say we BOYCOTT them! PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS. If I could give this place no stars I would! The customer service here is terrible! I’ve been coming here for sometime now and I’ve noticed that they do not clean out their pedicure bowls after a customer just got their feet done and that’s unsanitary! They get mad when you ask them to clean it with soap and not just freaking hot water. They are lazy and it’s literally one person that can do feet right and about 3 people that can actually kill a full set. P needs to get new techs in here and change the whole experience here because I don’t know what’s going on here. This will be my last visit. Oh and they don’t sanitize the utensils they use on us here at all!!! I may have to call the board of health at this point
The service was ok, but the older gentleman who did my nails did not listen to what I asked for, the gel was uneven, and the cut was uneven, he proceeded to do what he wanted. Then my polish which takes 3-4 coats he did 2 and then frowned when I stated how messy it was, I opted for one more coat he said no, barely took the polish and gave me a polish I didn’t like, I did not like it, I just asked for clear so I could leave because I hate to cause a scene. He did a poor job, then said 45$ I paid and left, and went to another place that fixed my nails for free after seeing what horrible job was done…never again
Hi I would go back and request one if the female technician to do my mani/pedi next time. I had to ask the male tech if he were going to do certain things. Not a good thing. I almost didn't want to give a tip but I did. Since I was to be charged $45 and only paid $40.
The girl did a horrible job on my pedicure. The one that claimed to do eyebrows. She did a horrible rushed job. It was my first bad experience there.. I got no chip and it came off the same day! I had to keep going back up there to get them redid. I stopped after thr 3rd time. The no chip polish just kept coming right off. I got my kids no chip nail polish and it came right off to. I'm so mad cause I use to love they pedicures. ???? Who ever that lady was who messed up my pedicure ruined the chances of me coming back. Plus I'm not sure if the polish Is really no chip. If you go stick with the people that have been there a while. I went back and tried a different person and the no chip came off again. She then had an attitude when I came back to get it fixed. Horrible!!!
The shop itself is a nice place to go.it’s some of the workers there that are the problem. I had to speak to P today about one of the workers. Seem as tho she had a chip on her shoulder today. I went there today for a pedicure and she said she would charge me 10 dollars for a massage. Which was fine. So I asked her how much was the pedicure and she quickly got an attitude as if I was suppose to know. So when P came out I asked him and he confirmed that it was 25 dollars. So she proceeded to polish my toes without giving me a massage. So when I asked her twice about it she said something like eh. Instead of saying yes or no. So after the 3rd time of asking and still not getting a yes or no answer. Just a eh. I told her nevermind don’t polish my toes and now she’s looking surprised so I get up out the chair and walks to the front. The cashier there was ready to take my payment. But I told him I’ll pay once I speak to the manager. He LIED and said he wasn’t there. Now I’m getting upset because I just saw and talked to P.
I explained to him what happened and he did apologize. I’ve been going here on and off since P opened up his shop. His workers use to be so friendly but now some act as tho they’re doing you a favor. Some are so disrespectful. Rude and arrogant. I will continue to go there but will make sure I don’t get the same worker as I did today. Thanks again P for the apology. I WILL BE BACK
First I bring my daughter in . I was not greeted , He looked my VERY WELL BEHAVE DAUGHTER up and down and said no . She too young . Yet they have kiddie chairs …. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP VERY RUDE AND LOUD WITHOUT EVEN ASKING HER AGE OR WHAT SERVICE I WAS REQUESTING….
