Friendly and they help you but ; also listen to what you want . Very informative about hair care and hair needs !! And they do great work. Never seen a bad color or style any of the times I have been there !! And all the ladies treat you like they have known you forever they are so sweet and polite !! Great place !!
I went to Brandi to have my hair highlighted blonde. I came out with blonde highlights but visible roots. I did not notice until I got in my car and looked in the mirror. I went back in and politely said that I have visible roots. She told me that if she went back in and put bleach on the top of bleach that it would not be healthy for my hair. She said she would still do it. Why would I want to do that after she just said it was not healthy for my hair?? Anyway, all of this could've been prevented if she would've focused on quality and not how fast she could get it done. When she heard that I gave her negative feedback she texted me multiple times being absolutely RUDE to me. Telling me that she did what I asked her to do. Why would I ask her to leave my roots showing?? I tried to call her and she blocked me. If you can't take negative feedback why be in the business of customer service?? I just feel like if time would have been taken with the foils I would not have had so much of my roots showing. That's it... end of story... but no, I was texted 6 times about this. Not short texts, but long texts. They were so childish that I did not even read them all.

Looking for a fresh look... I gave the stylist an idea of what I would like and gave her creative freedom after that. Morgan did an amazing job! I made sure to schedule my next cut before leaving. They were busy the whole time I was there but the owner made it feel laid back. Great place! They even offered drinks and snacks :-)
They were very welcoming, the salon was clean, they were excellent with my hair and it's not easy at all to manage. I feel like a new person. They offer you coffee and see if you need anything. They have modern music playing so you're not sitting in silence. When they wash your hair, relaxing music plays and it's hard to stay awake it's so relaxing. My hair looks absolutely stunning. Everyone has complimented me on it.
Good Experience, Bad Time Getting In
I’ve been using this particular salon since I moved back here in 2019. My first time was excellent! I was able to schedule online via their Facebook page, get in, and get out with a great experience, from the haircut to the shampoo and styling. The second time I got in, I was able to schedule via Google, and the experience was nothing short of amazing.
Then came the third appointment…
Because I no longer use Facebook, I tried to schedule through Google again, only to find out that the salon no longer allows scheduling through it. So I called…and called…and called…and called…until I was able to get somebody to pick up and get me in. I got there and was heading into the salon when I noticed someone behind the building talking fairly loudly on the phone and using quite a fair amount of explicit words. I head on in and find out that the same person who was outside was a staff member. While it was a little uncomfortable, they made up for it with their desk manners. They offered water and encouraged me to reach out to them at the front desk should I need anything. During this particular appointment, there was only one stylist there who was still working with another client; consequently, I got to the chair fairly later than my scheduled appointment. Just like the last two times I had been there, the cut, the shampoo, and the style were great!
Is this salon any good? Absolutely! It’s the best one I have ever been to.
Is it easy to schedule an appointment? Nope. At least, not anymore. They are in high demand, so good luck getting in. I attempted to schedule an appointment four times, and no one answered the phone at any of those attempts.
I was able to find another place, and thankfully their services were just as good (if not a little better).
All in all, highly competent stylists, great cut and style, but difficult getting an appointment, and they can sometimes be a bit wobbly with maintaining a professional environment around their clients.

Love this salon! Always great service, leave smiling, make you feel like family, and everyone knows how to have a good time! Morgan Frye has been doing my hair since I had a "not so good" experience elsewhere. She worked with me until I was ready, comfortable, and never did something I didn't ask for. Total confidence and trust in Morgan and her recommendations/skills. She's awesome! Highly recommend her and this salon overall-they're so sweet and talented with amazing prices!
