DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went to get a SNS manicure done and I told the nail tech THREE TIMES that dip powder was on my nails. I asked him if he was going to remove the old paint as he did not put any acetone or dip remover on my nails and he said “Yes”. The nail tech then proceeded to act like he understood what I was saying and then started putting acrylic powder over my old dip paint on my real nails!!! I then AGAIN asked him what he was doing and why he put acrylic on my nails as if I had a full set when I didnt! When I explained what happened to the manger, the manager told me it would be $15 to remove the mess the nail tech made of my nails!!!! I should not have been charged for their mess up!! Extremely poor service and lack of accountability! I walked out with flimsy and destroyed nails after the removal of the acrylic off of my nails and was charged $15 for that!!!

My daughter drug me in to the spa, kicking and screaming. I'm not one to go into these kind of places. However, I did sign up to get my nails done. She would go to get her feet pedicured, while I sat to get a gel manicure.
1st, the test they put you through would make a sane woman go nuts. They sit you down and ask you to select a nail polish color from 2 different color wheels, while sticking one hand in a bowl of cold water and filing on the other. At the same time you're supposed to navigate this wheel with your chin and select colors while turning the pages. What kind of sane person can do these things with their chin? (Ha, ha.) Well, at least the people sitting in the front door in the waiting area had a good laugh.
When the woman had finished my nails, they looked really nice. My short, ragged, ugly nails, actually looked pretty. Thank you to Amy, who did my nails, and my daughter, who made me go get them done.
I had such an amazing time, it was my first time going and I'm definitely going back. I got Kim and she was the best, I've been to other places where they're rough and go through the steps quickly but she was gentle and took her time at every step. Pays good attention to detail and gave me exactly what I wanted

After several years of not getting hand made designs on my nails finally found someone again!! Thank you so much to Jazzlyn this is my second time going with you and once again love your work!! already thinking of the next one : D
The first time I went with my teen daughter to get nails was ok. However, when we returned for refill it was awful. The man that provided service to my daughter was rude and on top of that he did not provide what we asked for (in preparation for her quinceanera so it was a big deal). When we tried to explain, show him a picture, and asked questions, he appeared annoyed. He injured one of her finger and it bled. And at the end when we told him that it wasn't what we wanted, he pretended he did not understand us and started assisting someone else. However, none of the other workers there tried to intervene or translate. I asked to re-do it, and that I would pay for it, but they ignored me. We had to go somewhere else to fix it. Definitely not a good first/second time experience for my daughter.
I took my daughter to get gel nail polish on her already really long natural nails for her birthday, the lady did not listen to what we wanted and started chopping off her nails. When I asked her what she was doing she told me she was giving her acrylic nails, and I told her no we want gel, she's only 12 years old, she continued chopping off all of my daughter's nails, then after I told her again to stop with the acrylics she called another nail technician over to give my daughter gel nails. We left and went to a different nail place where they tried to fix my daughters nails to no avail because they were too short. This place is terrible and ruined my daughter's birthday.
