They always do such a beautiful job. I can't take a good nail photo, but I always get so many compliments on my nails when Kim's does them!
My husband bought me a gift certificate for Christmas. I hadn’t been here in years. Tina did a great job of doing my nails. She took her time and did the job correctly. I even received a gift certificate when I left! I’ll be back.
Came in on the 12th of May with my daughter. Both had pedicures and I had a full set of acrylic nails.
The lady that did my pedicure was I believe the owner sister. Very unfriendly and nothing like the two previous pedicures. My polish used for my feet was old and thick. Staring coming off after first week. And polish looked bad. My nails were done quickly and not glue well or files correctly. Cause I keep catching my hair in them.
One other thing. Is when you have customers and speak a different language and laugh is rude. Enjoyed first two visits, not this one. Spent $73 and already need redone. Try to send privately, unable. Pictures available.
The ladies at Kim Nail are amazing. I have had them searching high and low for a certain rose gold sparkles and they went above and beyond to make me happy as a customer. I always feel valued and they actually get to know their customers personally. Very patient and kind. I go here a lot.
Tina is the best manicurist in town and is so sweet please ask for her.
Unlike most salons Kim Nails is very polite and patient, while maintaining a professional status. I love them. Never had a bad experience.
Great experience. Made and appointment for 7 women to get manicures. They were prepared for our group, had fantastic service, clean environment and tools, everyone received wonderful manicures that lasted (I've been places where the issue starts peeling before I got to my house). Highly recommend. Lovely experience. We will be back.
The 1st visit I had a terrific experience. The 2nd time my nail technician was having trouble getting the polish off and grew impatient and took a sharp utensil and started digging and scraped mercilessly at my nails. This person was quite rude and although the finished product looked good it wasn't worth the discomfort to get there.
