I love visiting this place. It is situated in an interesting place, under the bridge, you have to go downstairs that lead to another interesting street in the center of Stockport. From the entrance we are greeted by a very nice man of Italy. The coffee is delicious and the food is even better. It is true that the decor does not knock you on your knees, but it must not fool us, because the atmosphere and food in this place is worth visiting this place and coming back here. My heart has, of course, been stolen by a corner with a sideboard where you can find beautiful plates and cups as well as atmospheric dolls. I love coming here, this place is worth visiting and trying the dishes on the menu. I highly recommend. ????
My first visit since lockdown ended. Just as good as ever! A short menu but meals are beautifully presented and cooked & matched by the quality of the service.
Check fb page for opening/closing times. Often only 10.30am to 3.00pm.
Lots of interesting places close by to visit if the sun shines & you have the time.
This is my favourite Italian restaurant. The owner is always such a gentleman, nothing is too much trouble. The pasta is fresh and delicious, and they often offer a variety of traditional dishes not on the menu as specials. My favourite is the pasta with meat and fennel. The decor is homely, always clean and tidy. I love it here.
A great little tucked away place. Excellent coffee and cake deal for under £8, and scrumptious roulade beautifully served. We will be back for a meal next time
absolutely brilliant restaurant, will definitely come again
Had lunch here today. Really enjoyed the food and service. Great attention given to detail and the place was spotless. Would definitely recommend and will be visiting again
We ordered at approximately 12:45 when the place was not busy, but our food finally arrived at 13:35. When it arrived, if there had been any more salt in it, we would have been in A&E with heart attacks. The staff were friendly, but I wouldn't bother trying this place any time soon. It certainly wasn't worth the visit for us.
We came across this little gem by accident. A really varied menu and eel priced. The home made soup was “to die for” and the service was excellent.. Highly recommend a visit if you are passing.
