Quick Facts About Dancin' With Woofs
Dancin' With Woofs has several strengths based on the comments provided. Firstly, they consistently deliver high-quality work and have a groomer who does an excellent job with the dogs. This suggests that they have skilled and experienced staff who are proficient in handling and grooming animals. Additionally, the fact that one commenter mentions their dogs have a favorite groomer implies that the staff at Dancin' With Woofs build a rapport with their clients and establish strong relationships with the animals. This can lead to a positive grooming experience for the dogs and an overall pleasant atmosphere in the salon.
Furthermore, the comment that they are great with animals speaks to their ability to handle various temperaments and meet the individual needs of each pet. This is especially important as some dogs may be more nervous or have specific requirements during the grooming process. The comment also recommends Dancin' With Woofs to anybody, indicating a level of satisfaction and trust in their services.
Another strength highlighted in the comments is the groomer's ability to accommodate dogs with skin allergies. This demonstrates the staff's attentiveness to specific health concerns and their willingness to take extra care to ensure the well-being of the animals they groom. A professional and friendly environment is also mentioned, suggesting that the staff at Dancin' With Woofs prioritize providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both pets and their owners.
However, there are several weaknesses identified in the comments as well. One customer expresses disappointment with Dancin' With Woofs due to an incident where their dog was injured while being groomed. This highlights a potential weakness in staff training or attentiveness, as the groomer failed to notice and address the injury before returning the dog to the owner. This incident could indicate a lack of thoroughness or inadequate communication between the staff and the customer regarding any issues or concerns with the dog's behavior. Additionally, the customer mentions being treated as an inconvenience, suggesting a lack of professionalism or empathy on the part of the staff member who handled the situation.
Another concerning comment mentions rude and unprofessional behavior from the staff, including hanging up on the customer. This indicates poor customer service and a lack of professionalism that can significantly impact the overall experience for pet owners. Furthermore, the comment alleges that the dog was kept in a cage that was too small, preventing the dog from standing or moving comfortably. This raises concerns about animal welfare and suggests a potential lack of consideration for the well-being of the animals in their care.
Lastly, one comment mentions that Dancin' With Woofs charged the customer $20 more than usual without any explanation. This raises issues of transparency and fairness when it comes to pricing. Customers should feel confident that they are being charged appropriately for the services provided, and any price discrepancies should be communicated clearly and justified.
In conclusion, Dancin' With Woofs has several strengths such as their ability to deliver high-quality work, build positive relationships with animals, and accommodate dogs with specific needs. However, weaknesses such as incidents of poor grooming resulting in injuries, rude staff behavior, inadequate consideration for animal welfare, and unclear pricing practices must be addressed in order to provide a consistently excellent and enjoyable experience for both pets and their owners.

They always do the best work with my dogs maybe and mocha mocha has her favorite groomer there. I don't know her name unfortunately, but she's always done a great job. They are great with animals. I would recommend them to anybody
I'm extremely disappointed. I have been taking my dog to Dancin' With Woofs for almost 7 years. She went to obedience school there too. For years she was groomed without issue. She would happily go in the building. And they always acted happy to see her. However that has changed. A couple months ago I dropped her off and the woman that was going to be grooming her had never worked with her before. I let her know that she doesn't love her paws touched but that they had never had an issue doing it before just that Lola may be more skittish about it. My mom picked her up: they had put the wrong collar on her and then the wrong leash and she was informed that she did not trim the nails on one of her paws and that she bit at her. Lola couldn't get out of the building fast enough. When I got home I was told all of this. And then I noticed the fur on her chin was red and she was licking at her one paw. The groomer had cut her. There is no way she didn't notice because I could see it clearly within minutes of looking at her. There were also blood stains on my carpet so she was bleeding hard enough that it would have been noticeable. If she did "bite at her" it's no wonder since she hurt her. I called and spoke with someone who assured me that, from now on, she would groom her instead. The next time we took her things went without incident. Her next appointment was scheduled but a couple days before I was called and told that, due to an emergency, they needed to reschedule Lola's appointment for the 22nd at 9 a.m. I returned the call and let them know that was fine. My mom went to drop her off and they "couldn't find her file" and that they were very busy and not sure if they could get her in. That's a little confusing because that's the time I was asked to reschedule for. Not to mention that the woman who assured me she would groom her from now on was going to let the woman who injured her the first time take her. She took the leash and pulled her off the bench, causing her to fall. I would have preferred if my mom would have just taken her home. My dog is special to me. She deserves to be handled by people who actually care about dogs and care about her. As a customer, I don't appreciate being treated as an inconvenience. Needless to say, I'll be looking for a new groomer and I suggest, if you care about how your dogs are treated, you do as well.
Rosie was beautiful when she got done. Warm and loving groomer. Thanks Kathy for treating Rosie so well.
Extremely happy when we finally found a groomer we can trust with all 5 dogs. Everyone is so sweet and love our fur babies. They even know who we are the minute we call for an appointment (nugget)
We absolutely adore Allison..she does such a super job with our chocolate Brody ....
My dog Remmie loves going to Dancin With Woofs….it is like a play date for him. They take extra care due to his skin allergies. Very professional and friendly.
Staff was incredibly rude, hung up on me after they called to say my dog is ready because I said I had to wait until work was done to pick him up (about an hour but still well before when they close). I made arraignments to be able to pick my dog up immediately. When I arrived, I was shocked to find my dog, who is a large labradoodle, stuck in a cage so small that he could not stand up or move. On top of all this, the workers charged me $20 more than usual. I will never go back here and neither should you.
Wonderful groomers! Very friendly and my dogs love them!
