Best hair store in Hampton! Plus it’s black owned, so that’s a bonus. Staff is knowledgeable and can actually assist you with whatever questions you may have.
So let’s just state facts here since you refuse to tell the truth. The owner is the rudest most unprofessional person I ever met. This has nothing to do with being black owned ma’am when you fraudulently sell products under false pretenses and lie continuously about your bundles being human hair when you know they are clearly synthetic. Nobody cursed you out , I clearly returned energy because just like the scammer you are you refuse to take accountability for the products you sell. As I mentioned to you I am prepared to take legal action because its about the principal. And to make matter worst you’re a liar my daughter never called your business ever. But ofc you seem like the type to fabricate a story… I expect nothing less from you. Stop selling fake bundles and clean that cluttered store of yours and go take some business etiquette classes and stop ripping the black community off that you so casually try to claim when it’s in your best interest!
I really like this store and the staff have been very friendly. Just wish the store would be open. Have been twice this week. I understand the staffing issues everyone is going through. But maybe just pick 2-3 days of the week to be open (same days) so your loyal customers can shop.

Google hours say open at 12 on Sunday and here I am sitting in my car writing this review at 12:15. No one is here and the store is not open.
It was a nice place to shop. The store is a little confusing when you’re searching for something specific but the employees are nice and very willing to help. It was clean and the atmosphere is very inviting. I found everything I needed and more. The prices are a little steep but that’s expected. Overall it’s a great beauty supply.
The women in their were very helpful.
They helped me with different selections that may work for my son's hair.
I'VE NEVER BEEN TO A BEAUTY SUPPLY STORE WHERE I WAS ACTUALLY HELPED.
The products i purchased were awesome and i will be purchasing again.
I live far (but i stay 2 minutes away from a different beauty supply store)and i will ABSOLUTELY drive back for all my hair supplies in the future.
Their customer service was everything and i highly recommend them.
My new "go to" spot
SELLS SYNTHETIC HAIR, DO NOT BUY FROM HER. When I called the store to discuss why she sold me hair that she claims is 100% human hair, she became very defensive & stated that she doesn’t do refunds. BAD BUSINESS!!!! A total rip off, I bought these bundles from her last saturday but took them today because I notice that the texture was not laying like silky human hair. Do not get scammed by her or her business, they will lie to you & have you pay $100+ for synthetic hair and won’t care about it at all.
