Went back and instead of accepting it wasn't washed right patronisingly told me I had to take my car in more often??

Didn't recognise any of them so assume its under new management. 8yr I've been using this car wash and never had an issue.

After being threatened with them calling the police or dragging my car off the forecourt I got my refund and told I was no longer welcome.... AS IF I WOULD GO BACK!! was quite willing to leave my car there the whole day. I pass here everyday and will be signalling to other customers how sub standard their work now is.

Took my car to the one at Glen Brae who gave me wash, wax & wheels for £6 instead of the wash & wheels for £6.50 at easiwash.

It happened around 10am this morning (Tuesday) guy in his 30's with floppy brown hair.

The other guy had tattoo and was vaping he was nice and the young guy with blonde hair who washed the car was over washing another car.

As I said been coming here for years and never ever had an issue. White Ford focus .

So just popped in for the £7.50 wash wax and wheels. Very thorough professional job. Will now use this service regularly. Hadn't realised they deal with scratches etc too.

Service was quick and efficient and they did a very good job. I was very happy with the basic £5 wash that I selected.

This business has changed hands a few times I think. The last time I went I wasn't too happy with the car because it used to be really good quality, like show room quality. I just felt that my car looked better after I hand washed it when I would have expected the opposite. Still cleaned the car but not to the standards I remember.

I've been going here for quite a while. It's one of the first hand wash car wash places I'm aware of and I've had consistently good experiences having my car washed. It can get busy but cars move through at a reasonable rate.

Car went in looking like a pigsty, one valet later it came out looking like a new car. Gleaming and smelling good. Excellent value for money. Staff were really friendly too. Highly recommend
