I am actually SHOCKED at the reviews. So I went here (before a family wedding) based on the reviews and I am in such disbelief. First off, the color choices are SO limited! I had maybe 20-25 powder colors to pick from (10 of which is extremely neon colors). So since I already had an appointment I went ahead and picked one out form the limited choices. Second, the other review about dirty tools. 100% true. They used the same tools on myself and my mother!! Thank god I don’t mind sharing with her but come on guys! The same sponge to scrub ur feet so now imagine you got your callus removal and your dead skin is now trapped in the pores of the sponge and the next customer now has this sponge used on them!! GROSS. i got my powder manicure and the pictures say it all. Pathetic that they couldn’t even remove the acetone from my hands! The “gel top coat” is literally the plastic coats you can buy off Amazon. It literally PEELS off. Yes you can sit there and peel it off in one piece. NEVER had I have this happen at another salon. The gel coat started chipping in 2 days! Will not return. Oh and best part no matter how much you pay they charge a credit card fee!!! Ha! No salon I’ve been to does this!
Amazing amazing amazing! They delivered a level of skill that i often don’t see in nail salons. My style of nails tend to be difficult and tedious for some nail salons but elegant nails handled my nails with ease .The nails came out exactly how I wanted and they accommodate for what I couldn’t get! All very friendly and welcoming couldn’t be more satisfied! First impressions definitely won me. For-sure will be coming back
Loveeeeee this nail salon. I had randomly google searched for a nail salon while visiting family in Long Island (I live in NYC.. worth the commute!). Thanks to the detailed reviews I gave them a try & it was the best decision I made.
I’m a workaholic, which means time management is everything. You can schedule an appointment here & expect to be serviced at that time if not a few minutes after. That alone was a game changer for me. Some nail salons act like you’re on their payroll the way they’ll have you sitting there..
But I’ve gotten my nails done 4x thus far & each visit has been spectacular. Any design I’ve shown or requested they’ve knocked out the park. It’s my new salon & if you’re in the area it should be yours too.
I loveeee elegant nails. It’s the only nail salon I go to & I told all my friends about it & they all come here as well. They do an amazing job for a great price.
They managed to fit my mother and I in for a walk in appointment on Labor Day. We are both beyond pleased with our nails!
Absolutely filthy and used cigarette butts are being used as decorative items! Person working there was very rude! Walked out before I was helped as the place was so uncomfortable and unpleasant to be in ! I wish I could give zero stars but I can't! Do not go here it's disgusting and dirty and smells like smoke!
Tiffany is definitely amazing with designs and however you want your nails to get done, she’s very careful and delicate. They all are kind, I always feel welcome when I come in ✨
