DO NOT GO HERE!!! I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE. She did an absolute terrible job. I barely have a left fricking eye brow. & on top of it being thin it’s botched. This woman does not know what she’s doing and I don’t believe she’s a professional. Absolutely horrible.

The day before I left for vacation I stopped in for a quick clean. When I left my brows were completely uneven, totally two different shapes. And she cut me.

Been coming here for months now, and its been a wonderful experience every time. Expert at her craft, I always walk out feeling great because my eyebrows are looking too clean.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with my service. I’ve been getting my eyebrows exclusively threaded for over 5 years and never experienced as much pain as I’ve experienced at this place. Aside from the pain, I was cut way numerous times past where my eyebrow hairs even grow.

Additionally, there are no prices posted in the salon. There was a lingering odor in the shop, and the women working looked up at me but did not greet me as a walked in.

The only reason why I’m giving two stars is my eye brows did turn out decent and she went back in to thin and area per my request.

I’d be willing to try the establishment again with the hopes that maybe someone a bit gentler could do my brows. (Before and after pics included)

Like most folks, I asked for a small clean up and she completely botched them. They are uneven and extremely thin (one is WAY thinner than the other). It’ll take months for them to go back to how I had them. She also cut my eyebrows and eyelids to the point where they were bleeding and burn so much even with it being the third day since getting them done. I’m not big in getting my eyebrows done because I’m afraid of this happening, but someone told me this person was decent and I have a special occasion coming up so I wanted them cleaned up. NEVER AGAIN! And even worse she tries to act like she has a good reason for botching them and tries to gaslight you

I'm always picky with choosing where I get my brows done and I will drive where ever when I find a place I like. When I stumbled on the Eyebrow Boutique I read the reviews and visited the shop. I absolutely love the service and my eyebrow artist. She asks what I want and delivers perfectly. I would still be going to her if I hadn't moved out of state but I'm willing to admit she's so good I would fly back to Illinois just to get my brows done by her again if I could afford it. It's hard to leave someone you know you can trust and I've recommended my prior co-workers to her as well.

I am extremely upset. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years. I came here because I am new to the area and this was the closest around. I am leaving for vacation today. I have been growing my eyebrows for years, they were thick, I asked for just a clean up. She completely botched them. It will take months for them to grow back to how I had them... and I have cuts all over my eyebrows so I’m leaving for vacation looking like I was hit in both eyes. This has never happened before!

I had never got my eyebrows done in any way shape or form ever and I loved it here. I read the reviews online and it seemed as if Mona was very good at eyebrows so I called and she was in. She did a fantastic job and she listens to everything that you have to say about the shape/style you want. Love her!
