Quick Facts About Legacy Nail Spa

Legacy Nail Spa has received both positive and negative comments from customers, highlighting various strengths and weaknesses of the establishment. In order to provide a comprehensive analysis, the strengths and weaknesses will be discussed individually below.
Strengths: 1. Engaging and Professional Staff: Multiple customers have praised the professionalism and friendliness of the staff at Legacy Nail Spa. Commenters have mentioned specific nail technicians by name and expressed their satisfaction with their services. This indicates that the salon has some skilled and personable employees who create a positive experience for customers.
2. Clean Facility: Some customers have commended the cleanliness of the facility. They observed that the salon was well-maintained and that efforts were made to clean frequently during their visits. A clean and hygienic environment is important in a nail salon to ensure the safety and well-being of customers.
3. Referral Based on Positive Experience: One customer mentioned being referred to Legacy Nail Spa by a friend and expressed enjoyment of their overall experience. Referrals indicate that the salon has successfully provided a satisfactory experience to customers, thereby earning their trust and recommendation.
Weaknesses: 1. Poor Quality of Service: Several negative comments indicate that the quality of service at Legacy Nail Spa can be inconsistent. Customers have reported rushed and sloppily done manicures, poor paint jobs, and nails lifting shortly after application. This suggests that the salon may lack consistent quality control measures and that the skills and attention to detail of the nail technicians may vary significantly.
2. Lack of Attention to Customer Needs: One customer mentioned that the nail technician did not address their specific concerns, such as nail biting and neglected to provide appropriate nail care. Another customer complained about a delayed start to their pedicure and a lack of attention throughout the service. These comments highlight a weakness in customer service and attentiveness to individual needs.
3. Pricing and Value: There have been comments regarding the high prices at Legacy Nail Spa. Customers reported spending over $100 for services and feeling that it was not worth the money due to the subpar results. This suggests that the salon may not provide sufficient value for the prices charged, leading to customer dissatisfaction.
4. Inconsistent Sterilization Practices: A customer mentioned their disappointment with the lack of sterilized tools used by the nail technician. This indicates a potential lapse in hygiene and safety practices, as sterilized tools are crucial to prevent the spread of infections and maintain the well-being of customers.
5. Rushed and Unpleasant Experience: Some customers expressed frustration with rushed and unprofessional service. They reported feeling like the nail technicians were more focused on accommodating as many clients as possible rather than providing a satisfactory experience. These comments indicate a potential lack of time management and a disregard for the customer's comfort and satisfaction.
In conclusion, while Legacy Nail Spa has received positive feedback regarding its staff, cleanliness, and referrals, there are clear weaknesses in terms of inconsistent quality of service, lack of attention to customer needs, high prices, inconsistent sterilization practices, and rushed experiences. These comments highlight areas that the salon should address to improve its overall reputation and customer satisfaction.

Hated it here. Came here on Memorial Day 2022. These are my nails the same day. She literally just slapped some acrylics on my nails and called it a day. When she was painting I asked her when was she going to tend to my actual nails and skin around the nail. She said they don’t do that unless we ask and it was a $10 up charge.
From the beginning I told her I’m a nail biter and I haven’t had my nails done in years. She didn’t even offer that to me knowing that I needed it done. She rushed through the entire thing. It only took her less than 30 minutes and it shows.
My pedicure was fine even though it took someone 25 minutes to even run water for me and another 10 minutes for someone to start doing my toes.
With that I will never come back here. This was the worst experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had. The. To top it off a pedicure and these ugly nails cost me $105. Wasted my money.
Do not waste your money here! They don’t do a good job, and are just trying to make a quick buck. My sister and I both spent over $100 on a mani and pedi and our GEL polish is lifting after ONE week. They also don’t care to take the gel color to cover your entire nail. Again I’ve had these for a week, and they look like I be had them for at least 3 with how bad the paint job was. They also don’t keep it CLEAN at all. As someone who is licensed to do nails and hair DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. It’s not clean, they reuse things they shouldn’t be reusing and it’s just not a good experience. Not impressed. We will not be back!
I absolutely love it here! I get my nails done every 2 weeks with Nick and I’m excited to enjoy the relaxing and vibrant atmosphere. The techs are engaging and professional. 10/10 every time!
Trying out new salons since I moved here there are so many! This place is busy and they did a great job on my nails. The facility was clean and they where Cleaning alot when I was there but I was super bummed they did not use sterilized tools on me, my tech came with a little box opened it up and started using the tools straight from the box, they were not sealed, and I have no idea If they were used on anyone before me. Definitely not cleaned even when she put them back her toolbox.
The quality of service at this establishment REALLY depends on who you get to do your nails. It sucks because I’ve had a couple of really great experiences here, but the last few times I’ve gone it feels like the nail techs are super rushed. Almost like they’re doing everything as fast as they can and sloppy just so they can get another client in the chair, which is unfair when you’re paying 110$ for a fill in and a pedicure…don’t know how else to say it but it’s a roll of the dice. Might have a good experience, might have a terrible one. You never know.
They were packed but Joseph still took the time to give me what I asked for and was extremely pleasant to be around. I also got my eyebrows waxed. He did a great job at listening to what I wanted. Would definitely be going back. I did get my feet done by woman and she too was amazing and gave me the same experience that Joseph did. Very professional.
I was referred to Legacy Nail Spa by a friend and I really enjoyed my overall experience. The staff was very professional and greeted me as soon as I entered the establishment. My wait time was only about 10 to 15 mins. Amy took care of my pedicure and manicure needs plus she did my eyebrows. Thank you Amy for the great experience!
Came in within the last hour over before they closed (over 30 min prior) for a simple pedicure, didn’t even want color. When the guy was filling my tub with water, he didn’t put the jet cap on correctly because he was in a rush and water sprayed all over my pants. Literally soaked the bottom half of my pants, I was reasonable enough to try and understand it was an accident but even the lady that was doing my pedicure was in a rush the entire time. Not a great experience whatsoever.
