I always come here and have no problems. This is the last time, the lady started my nails stopped and started cleaning the place. Never said anything to me. No kind of customer service

I only come once a month to do my pedicures but every time I do come I have a wonderful experience. I only get the regular pedicure but they always seem to make it better anyway!

I visited for the first time looking to get Gel Nails. I don’t have any names but we spent a few minutes debating over what nails I currently have. I finally walked over to the Gel (Dipping Powder) to show her what I do have. She didn’t have the color and I tried to find another color to match my toe nail polish. The lady wasn’t very helpful at all just telling me what she doesn’t have. I left frustrated and without my nails done, very disappointed!

My children sent me to get a manicure and pedicure for Mother’s Day last weekend!

I had a great pedicure… however my manicure was a disaster. The lady was shaking as if she wasn’t sure of what she was doing. It turns out she didn’t!! I had overlay taken off ( which the guy put on)… after my nails were finished, they looked bumpy all over!! There were not smooth at all ! They were not nicely done! I showed the owners … he told me that when you go from overlay ( acrylic) to gel, the process damages your nail!! The problem I have with that is when all of them kept asking me what I want… they left that part out and took my money instead! I told him that he didn’t tell me that when I told him what I wanted!! $70 for a decent pedicure and terrible manicure experience !! The nail polish is already chipping after one week on top of the bumpy appearance! DISAPPOINTED!!

I’ve been a customer for about 6 months now and I’m sad to say never again,after 2 past visits of horrible service…yesterday I went in for a fill in on my nails and toes.Tina did my toes and as usual it was horrible she didn’t want to do my fill in (she never does) I told her she’s the professional so if she thinks I don’t need a fill in after 3 weeks then ok I’ll trust her (she was very adamant) and wrong…you can CLEARLY see that my nails have grown and now there’s a bump where the acrylics meet my real nail!!! I have to go to another salon to get it fixed before my bday!!!! I always ask for JoJo to do my nails because Kenny and Tina rush and the quality of work doesnt match the price of service…but yesterday I gave up hope on this salon.JoJo coated my nails with not 2 but 3 coats of regular polish then two coats of clear!!! After 4 hours my nails were still damp by the time I got home from the nail shop my nails look a hot mess…I believe they intentionally mess up people’s nails who get regular polish instead of gel (because it’s cheaper) then you have to come back thinking regular nails take too long to dry but in reality is a scheme to get double the money.I’ve seen it happen literally to 2 women other than myself!! DONT GO HERE one day the service is good the next it’s horrible. P.S. y’all loss a great customer who always individually tipped it was no need to trick me out of my hard earned money!!!!
