Quick Facts About Splash Grooming Pet Salon
However, I recently had a negative experience. The groomer cut my dog's nails too short and caused him to bleed. They didn't seem to notice or care about the pain my dog was in. I had to take him to the vet afterwards to get his nails properly treated and bandaged. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to Splash Grooming Pet Salon.
Strengths:
1. The salon has been in business for a while and has a loyal customer base.
2. They offer a variety of grooming services, including haircuts, baths, and nail clipping.

4. Despite the negative experiences mentioned above, there are some positive reviews from customers who have had satisfactory experiences with the grooming services provided.
5. The salon has a website where customers can book appointments and access information about their services.
Weaknesses:
1. The cleanliness of the salon is a recurring issue mentioned by multiple customers. A clean and sanitary environment is crucial for the health and well-being of pets.
2. The uneven haircuts reported by a customer suggest a lack of attention to detail and skill when it comes to grooming.
3. The negative experiences indicate a lack of patience and professionalism from the groomers and staff members.
4. Inconsistent pricing and surprise charges can lead to customer dissatisfaction and mistrust.
5. The negative comments about the behavior of the groomer's husband and their treatment of customers are concerning and highlight unprofessionalism and rudeness.
6. The lack of empathy and concern for the well-being of the pets, as seen in the incident where a dog's nails were cut too short and caused bleeding, is a major weakness.
7. The fact that one customer had to take their dog to another groomer to fix a botched haircut shows a lack of skill and expertise in grooming.
8. The comments about the groomer's husband causing dogs to be scared and act aggressively suggest a lack of trust and safety in the salon.
9. The negative experiences and reviews can damage the reputation of the salon and result in the loss of customers.
10. The customer service provided by the front desk staff is also mentioned as a weakness, with reports of rudeness and a lack of professionalism.
In conclusion, despite having some loyal customers and offering a variety of grooming services, Splash Grooming Pet Salon has several weaknesses that need to be addressed. The cleanliness and hygiene of the salon should be improved, as well as the skill and attention to detail of the groomers. Patience and professionalism are key traits that should be instilled in the staff members, and consistent and transparent pricing should be implemented. Furthermore, the negative behavior of the groomer's husband and the unprofessional treatment of customers should be addressed. Overall, the salon needs to take steps to improve the customer experience and regain trust from existing and potential customers.

I took my two small dogs yesterday. Never again. The place is dirty and their haircut was uneven. I have to take them to the place I usually take them, so they can fix the haircut. I have to wait a month for the appointment, which is why I took them here. They cut my baby's eyelashes. Really! Who does that?
It was our first and last time.
The guy working here is not patient at all! My puppy is traumatized after bringing him here. My puppy was super shaky after a visit here. This isn’t the first time I take my puppy to the groomer. He enjoys usually enjoy getting groomed but here…. I’m not sure what the guy did but trust me, they just lost a customer !
I brought my pup there last Saturday and was told the fee for a cut, bath and nail clip would be $75. My pup is a lap dog, a Shitzu mix and is not a large animal. After about an hour I got a call from the owner who said my dog was hard to handle and the job was only half done. She said she would complete the job for an additonal $15 considering his obstinate behavior. I finally returned to pick up my dog after another few hours. The total bill was $90 and it's been a week and the dog's fur has been growing back in patches longer than others. I am completely dissatisfied with the grooming that was done and feel like I was extorted for an additional $15 to to get my pet back. I won't be using Splash again.
I called in to ask if they had time for a haircut on a puppy, the lady responded that she did but that if he had knots that it was going to be $125.00.
I had no choice but to hang up.
125$ to cut a dogs hair? ???? she must be sick.
I recommend no one ever go here.
Not even if it’s near your home. I’d make the drive if I was you.
This is a shady business from the price complaints I see on the reviews.
DO NOT come to this place. I used to bring my dog here and it wasn’t a problem until the lady’s husband groomed my dog and since then my dog has been scared and very shaky every time we are near this place. The guy himself is very rude and has used inappropriate words against us when we had brought it to his attention. Very very unprofessionall. My dog has never acted like this with any groomers. Other reviews also state that the guy is very impatient impatient. Please pay attention to your dogs behavior after coming to this groomers. For a dog to act this way, I would possibly guess that they are hurting them.
It is not misleading information as it is what happened. The man in your shop is causing you business and losing customer. My dog was never aggressive as to why you continued grooming him, if my dog was aggressive you would’ve refused serviced a long time ago. I understand you’re trying to protect your business. But don’t say our reviews are misleading (I know I wasn’t the only one you said this to)
One last time… DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.
No consistent pricing. Took my two dogs here and when I asked before I left how much is was going to be the woman said “same as last time” only to pick them up and then be told it’s $30 more because one of my dogs was “a couple inches longer than last time” when I asked why I wasn’t told this when I asked the price before I left the woman said “I can’t remember everyone’s dogs on the spot..” horrible customer service. She didn’t listen to what I was saying but instead just kept talking over me. Unfortunately won’t be going back.
Very unprofessional. The lady at the front desk always quotes one price and charges another.then u give them the style of cut and they basically do what they want (pomeranian).they talk to u as if u were a kid "brush her hair or we won't take her anymore".and today was the final straw (Me)"I'd like to get my dog groomed please" (her)"what kind of dog"(me)" a pocket bully 5 months old"(her) "we don't like that breed" AND HUNG UP ON ME! .wow.its not what u do it's how u do it. Business must be good if they feel comfortable treating customers that way all she had to say was "I'm sorry we don't take that breed" for whatever reason and cordially offer her services for any of my other dogs.she was very rude and unprofessional. Please ppl take ur Business elsewhere.... because if they treat the pet owner who pays their bills that waY ,God knows how they treat our beloved pets.
I always take my three dogs to this grooming office. They have always done a fantastic job.
