I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now so I felt comfortable with anyone doing my hair. WELL THAT WAS A MISTAKE. The lady that has her chair RIGHT BY THE DOOR, older woman, slim with glasses ruined it for me. Walked in at 10:16 am and Showed her exactly what color I wanted and what cut. She gave me the price of a whopping $200. I agreed ONLY BECAUSE I’ve done my hair here previously (by others) and the outcome was great. She began beating around the bush saying my hair was dark and that the color wouldn’t grab (yet I had no black hair NOR have I ever dyed my hair black, my hair is brown!!)Left me in bleach for over 3 hours and when the wash came, she began washing and RE-DYING! She dyed my hair about 3 more times at the sink and finally around 3:00pm the wash finished. She took me back to the chair to cut which she never did the layers I asked for and the cut was in less than 5 min. I was already frustrated with how late it was and the outcome of my hair that I asked her not to blow dry. She mentioned that I could buy a shampoo that will LIGHTEN THE COLOR! Asked for my total and she said $220 ????... I’m a believer in tipping so yes I tipped her but she truly didn’t deserve it. If you do go to this salon go to Martin or a young short lady with ashy blonde hair, But beware of this lady with the glasses!!
I'm really picky on how people do my hair, but this salon knows what they are doing. They treat you like family and are very bright and vibrant people who make you feel at home. I honestly recommend this salon for it's how clean it is, their positive attitude, and for the work they do. I promise, they will not disappoint you.
Very beautiful and wonderful customer service. Emma is my favorite stylist.. she does an amazing job in highlighting hair color. Waxing. Styling even makeup.
Came before 9 am. Martin didn't show up until 9:10am. When he walked in, he took another client that came after me.I waited 50 min and he was still not done. Very unprofessional taking another client while I got there first. It should be first come first serve. Will never return.
I honestly just went here because I had seen the good reviews it had on google and Yelp. I do not , will not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible job. She cut my hair way too short after specifically telling her I wanted long layers. She had a bad attitude , I didn't feel like a welcomed customer. My first and last visit here!!
